Management techniques of bag planting of Lentinus edodes in Autumn
The emergence period of Lentinus edodes is long, which goes through three seasons of autumn, winter and spring, about 10 months. Generally, it is inoculated from August to September, and mushrooms are produced from November to December. The mushrooms that grow before December are called autumn mushrooms. For bag cultivation of Lentinus edodes, autumn management is very important. The key technologies are as follows:
First, indoor bacteria. It takes more than 60 days from inoculation to physiological maturity of Lentinus edodes. After inoculation, it should be transferred to the bacteria room for culture in time. The bacterial bag is discharged in the shape of a "well", which is 8-9 stories high, the room temperature is controlled at about 25 ℃, and the relative humidity is less than 70%. 1-6 days after inoculation, the hyphae were in the stage of recovery and germination, and the room temperature could be controlled at 28-30 ℃. At this stage, the bacterial bag could not be turned, no ventilation, and shading caused dark light. The mycelium growth began to eat in 7-10 days, the room temperature dropped to 26-28 ℃, ventilated 2-3 times a day, and the first turn of the pile was carried out in 7 days, so that each bacterial bag could be managed under the same conditions. Handle gently when turning the pile, strictly prevent seal damage and infection of miscellaneous bacteria, at the same time, combined with turning the pile to carefully check the contamination of miscellaneous bacteria, if you find that there are stars of miscellaneous bacteria, with 75% alcohol 50 ml plus 25% formaldehyde 30 ml mixture injection, seal the affected area. If miscellaneous bacteria appear in or around the inoculation block, the contaminated part should be dug up and re-inoculated. If contamination is on the seal, apply 0.2% potassium permanganate or carbendazim to the affected area. After 11-15 days, the mycelium grew vigorously and expanded to 4-6 cm. The room temperature should be kept at 24 ℃, and the ventilation should be increased for the second time. One day later, the bamboo cuttings were used to drill holes to increase oxygen, and 4 squint eyes were pierced around the expanded hyphae. The bag temperature should be controlled at 20-24 ℃, not higher than 26 ℃. After 50 days, the sunshade of doors and windows was removed to promote the mature and healthy growth of mycelium.
Second, the color of the bacterial bag is changed. The change of color sooner or later and whether it is good or bad is related to the emergence of mushrooms and high or low yield. After the mycelium matured, it changed from white to reddish brown, and yellow water droplets appeared, followed by the primordium of Lentinus edodes. During the color conversion period, indoor astigmatism should be increased, ventilation should be strengthened, and the film should be opened when necessary to form a dry and wet environment to promote color conversion.
Third, stimulate mushrooms outdoors. Lentinus edodes is a kind of fruiting mushroom with low temperature and variable temperature. When the bacterial bag changes color to reddish brown bacterial film, move the bacterial bag to the outdoor shade, cover it with wheat straw mat up and down, and sprinkle water to moisturize, cover the film at night, uncover the film during the day, cover the film repeatedly for 4-5 days, cover the film to stimulate mushrooms.
Fourth, mushroom production management. The temperature decreases gradually in autumn, which is beneficial to the robust growth of mycelium. After 3 days, pick the mushroom bag once a day and put it on the bed frame of the mushroom shed, the distance between the bag is 7cm and 10cm, until all the mushroom is over. After putting the bacterial bag into the bedstead, cut the film around the mushroom bud with a sharp knife to squat the mushroom. Generally squatting mushroom period 7-10 days without film, when young mushrooms have peanut seed size, can be carried out to promote flowering.
Fifth, the management of flowering stage.
1. Humidity. Keep the relative humidity in the bag at 80%-90%, the temperature at 12-18 ℃, and have more astigmatism and good ventilation conditions. If the humidity is too high, first drain the moisture, then uncover the film for 1 hour and then cover the film, raise 1 furnace to drain moisture. Several dryers can be filled with water and covered with film to raise the greenhouse temperature to 28 ℃. Such as greenhouse film dripping young mushroom tide, to open the doors and windows, rise a stove to drain moisture.
2. Temperature. Lentinus edodes has the characteristics of variable temperature and fruiting, so artificially enlarge the temperature difference and dry-wet crisscross, which can force the cap to crack and form flower mushrooms. Therefore, cover the film in the daytime, make the sun shine through, raise the temperature of the mushroom shed to 28 ℃, open the film after 12:00 at night, let the cold air invade, the temperature difference between day and night can reach more than 10 ℃, continuous 3-4 days, can stimulate a large number of flower mushrooms.
3. Dry and wet staggered. When the mushroom grows to 2cm or 3cm after wetting and budding, you can choose to splash water on the surface at noon on a sunny day to speed up the growth of the fruiting body, then uncover the film at night, let the cold air stimulate, make the cover dry, and then cover the film, using the ground temperature to wet, dry and wet crisscross to promote the cap to split into flower mushrooms.

Cultivation of Lentinus edodes-- cultivation of cultivation blocks (1)
The well-cultivated cultivation block is not moldy, the mycelium grows healthily, and the color changes from light yellow to white, then from white to reddish brown, and has luster, which is the basis of the high yield of Lentinus edodes. The main results are as follows: 1. In the stage of mycelial healing, the mycelium is damaged due to bottle digging, and there should be a process of healing. The key points of management at this stage are to maintain a suitable temperature (about 24 ℃), humidity and fresh air to prevent mildew from happening. The key is to control the time and frequency of ventilation according to the change of air temperature. Ventilation includes two

1. Raw material preparation (1) Wood slices with a moisture content of more than 20% are inserted into the feed port of the slicer and cut into fragments with a thickness of about 4 mm and a cross section of 60 × 20 mm. (2) crushing the raw materials put the sun-dried wood chips or bagasse, Camellia oleifera shell and manuscript stalks into a special grinder or feed grinder (a special iron sieve with a sieve hole of about 2mm) and process it into powder. 2. Preparation of culture materials (1) Culture ratio of main materials such as sawdust, bagasse, etc.
