Cultivation of Lentinus edodes-- cultivation of cultivation blocks (1)
The well-cultivated cultivation block is not moldy, the mycelium grows healthily, and the color changes from light yellow to white, then from white to reddish brown, and has luster, which is the basis of the high yield of Lentinus edodes.
1. Mycelial healing stage
As a result of digging bottle lump mycelium was damaged to a certain extent; there should be a process of healing. The key points of management at this stage are to maintain a suitable temperature (about 24 ℃), humidity and fresh air to prevent mildew from happening. The key is to control the time and frequency of ventilation according to the change of air temperature. Ventilation includes two aspects: on the one hand, the ventilation of the culture room should be combined with the needs of temperature regulation to ensure fresh air in the mushroom room. On the other hand, it is the ventilation of the microclimate of the cultivation blocks covered with thin film, which is a more important aspect.
The ventilation of the culture room and the ventilation of the microclimate can be carried out at the same time during the day. The ventilation of the culture room should keep the air fresh in the mushroom, and the ventilation time should be determined according to the air temperature. If the temperature is above 25 ℃, the doors and windows can be opened at night; when the temperature is below 23 ℃, the ventilation of the culture room can be arranged during the day. The ventilation method of microclimate should generally grasp the principle of "early, light and heavy".
Early: refers to the time to lift the covering film early. When the temperature is high, it needs to be ventilated 1 day after pressing, 2 days after the appropriate temperature, and 3 days after the low temperature. If the temperature difference between day and night is less than 5 ℃, and the air pressure is low and the air humidity is high, the air needs to be ventilated one day after pressing. If covered with new plastic film, the ventilation condition of the mushroom room is poor, you should pay more attention to early ventilation. If there is an unpleasant recovery of alcohol-flavored mycelium, the covered film frame should be a little higher. In short, the bed should be checked every day after pressing, and problems should be solved in time.
Light: it refers to light ventilation within 5 days after pressing. At this time, the broken hyphae have not healed well, and the new hyphae are relatively young. Easy to atrophy, need to gently pull up the film during ventilation, slowly put down, the aim is to increase oxygen and speed up mycelium healing.
Heavy: it means that after pressing for 5 days, the surface mycelium is already very white and the ventilation is heavy. When you breathe, you should pull up the film and lift it a few times. It's best to pull on both sides, lift it hard, and then cover it. This can reduce the surface humidity and inhibit the excessive growth of mycelium on the surface. The number of times you lift the film depends on the temperature. When the temperature exceeds 25 ℃, it will set off 3 murals 4 times a day. When the temperature is below 23 ℃, it will be moved twice a day. If it is found that the cultivation block produces the smell of alcohol, when the air humidity is high, the film must be moved more.

Key points of management of mycelium growth period of Lentinus edodes
Management points of Lentinus edodes mycelium growth period the suitable conditions for Lentinus edodes mycelium growth are temperature 22 ℃ ~ 26 ℃, air humidity 60% ~ 65%, good ventilation, dark or weak light. 1-6 days after inoculation, it was the period of mycelium germination and colonization. Because the mycelium grew weakly, the bag temperature was 1 ℃ ~ 3 ℃ lower than the room temperature. In order to provide the suitable temperature for the mycelium, the room temperature should be adjusted to 28 ℃ ~ 29 ℃. The room temperature, stack temperature and bag temperature should be measured every day. At this time, it is not appropriate to move the bacterial bag to prevent miscellaneous bacterial infection.

Management techniques of bag planting of Lentinus edodes in Autumn
The emergence period of Lentinus edodes is long, which goes through three seasons of autumn, winter and spring, about 10 months. Generally, it is inoculated from August to September, and mushrooms are produced from November to December. The mushrooms that grow before December are called autumn mushrooms. For bag cultivation of Lentinus edodes, autumn management is very important. The key technologies are as follows: first, indoor bacteria. It takes more than 60 days from inoculation to physiological maturity of Lentinus edodes. After inoculation, it should be transferred to the bacteria room for culture in time. The bacterial bag is discharged in the shape of & ldquo; well-rdquo;, which is 8-9 stories high, the room temperature is controlled at about 25 ℃, and the relative humidity is 70%.
