Storage method of Lentinus edodes
1. Dry storage. Lentinus edodes has strong water absorption and is not easy to be stored. It is easy to oxidize and deteriorate and mildew occurs when the water content is high. Therefore, shiitake mushrooms must be dried before they can be stored. Appropriate amount of hygroscopic agents such as bulk lime or dry charcoal must be put into the storage container to prevent anti-tide.
2. Low temperature storage. Lentinus edodes must be stored in a low-temperature ventilated place. If possible, the container containing Lentinus edodes can be sealed and stored in the refrigerator or cold storage.
3. Storage away from light. The infrared rays in the light will heat up Lentinus edodes, and ultraviolet rays will cause photochemistry, thus accelerating the deterioration of Lentinus edodes. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid storing Lentinus edodes in strong light and to avoid packaging with transparent materials.
4. Sealed storage. Oxidation is a necessary process for the qualitative transformation of Lentinus edodes. If the oxygen supply is cut off, the oxidation deterioration can be inhibited. Lentinus edodes can be stored in sealed containers such as iron cans and ceramic vats, and the containers should be lined with food bags. The opening of the container should be opened as little as possible, the air in the lining bag should be discharged when sealing, and the oxygen-filled nitrogen bag can be used for storage if possible.
5. Store separately. Lentinus edodes has strong adsorption and must be stored separately, that is, the containers for storing Lentinus edodes should not be mixed with other items, and the warehouse for storing Lentinus edodes should not store other materials. In addition, do not use odorous volatile containers or odorous containers to store Lentinus edodes.

Hanging cultivation techniques of Lentinus edodes in Winter
The hanging cultivation technology of Lentinus edodes can make full use of the effective area of mushroom shed and mushroom house, and the yellow water secreted by mycelium can drop naturally, so it is convenient to spray, manage and harvest. When the air temperature is low, boiler steam can be used to heat up, so it is easy to adjust the temperature and humidity, which is conducive to the production of Lentinus edodes in winter. The culture material of Lentinus edodes inoculated with Lentinus edodes was prepared according to the conventional formula of bag cultivation. Choose polypropylene or polyethylene plastic bags with specifications of 17 × 33 cm, each containing 0.4 kg of dry material (about 1 kg of wet material).

Harvesting and processing methods of Lentinus edodes
Storage and processing content: Lentinus edodes harvest method (1) harvest time. It is best to pick mushrooms in the clear day, because the mushrooms picked in sunny days have less moisture and good color; the mushrooms picked in rainy days have more moisture and are difficult to dry, and the color is easy to blacken in the baking process, and the processing quality is difficult to be guaranteed. For Lentinus edodes cultivated in bags, it is best not to spray water directly before harvest. (2) harvesting method. When the temperature is low in winter, the growth of Lentinus edodes is slow, and the collected mushroom has thick meat, strong aroma and good quality. Because the temperature is higher in autumn and spring
