Cultivation of Lentinus edodes with stacks of Fungi
After inoculation, in order to quickly colonize the hyphae and spread to the cambium, the mushroom wood must be stacked. The stacking forms that are often used are "well" shape, "roof ridge" shape, "fish scale" shape and so on. In relatively humid places, the "well" shape and "roof ridge" shape are usually used, with a heap height of 1.5ml 1.6 meters, and the bottom is covered with stones, about 20 centimeters from the ground, and covered with branches, leaves, grass curtains, etc. Spray water every 2 days, turn the pile once a week, and change the position of the wood. The main purpose of this stage is to maintain the temperature in the pile, which promotes the colonization and growth of hyphae.
15 days after inoculation, the survival of the bacteria was checked. If the white hyphae of the bacteria in the inoculation hole have spread to the surrounding wood, the strain has survived and colonized. If the dead hole caused by drying and other reasons, it can be replanted within 30 days. When you check that the vaccination has survived (usually 15 minutes after inoculation), you can remove the plastic film, cover it with a layer of thatch, and stack the mushroom wood in a more open and ventilated place. This stage is mainly based on moisturizing management, in order to promote the deep spread of mycelium in mushroom wood. At this stage, the pile must be turned every 10 seconds and 15 days to change the position of the mushroom wood up and down.
This stage is the most critical stage in the process of Lentinus edodes cultivation, and it takes a long time, about 6 months from the end of March to November. During this period, the mycelium of Lentinus edodes grew and spread in the wood, decomposed the wood and accumulated nutrients. During this period, the main purpose of the management is to keep the mushroom wood properly hydrated, especially in continuous dry and hot days, spraying water every 2 murmurs for 2 hours every 3 days.

The cultivation of Lentinus edodes-- selecting Mushroom Farm
The cultivation of Lentinus edodes-- the cultivation of Lentinus edodes by artificial wood in mushroom farm in China began about 1313 AD. At that time, the production of Lentinus edodes by artificial flower cutting was recorded in Wang Zhen's Nongshu. This method has been used until the 1960s, with the popularization of the new pure mycelium inoculation technology, the production of Lentinus edodes has been developed. The old method of cutting flowers is to cut many incisions in the tree trunk, so that the natural invasion of Lentinus edodes spores in nature, inoculation and growth of Lentinus edodes. This extensive cultivation method and production process are relatively simple and do not need anything.

Cultivation of Lentinus edodes by artificial inoculation
If it is suitable for drying, Lentinus edodes should be inoculated in time. The inoculation time is generally more than 5 ℃, less than 20 ℃, and the monthly average temperature is about 10 ℃. In the south of the Yangtze River in China, Lentinus edodes was inoculated from late February to early April, and the most suitable period was from February to mid-March. There are sawdust bacteria, branch bacteria and wedge-shaped bacteria, and sawdust bacteria are used in most domestic wood cultivation. The high quality pure strain of Lentinus edodes, the mycelium is white and dense, has the unique fragrance of Lentinus edodes, the aerial mycelium has the ability to climb the wall, and the mycelium in the culture medium has no miscellaneous color and obvious inhibition line.
