(1) fasting for more than 24 hours

(2) give antiemetic and metoclopramide 1-2 mg / kg body weight, twice a day. Or oral domperidone tablets 2 mg / kg body weight, twice a day. Chlorpromazine can also be injected intramuscularly, 1-2 times a day.

(3) gentamicin 10,000 units / kg body weight, intramuscular injection, twice a day, can also be oral 20,000 units / kg body weight. 2 times per day

(4) for cases of dehydration and fasting, 30 ml / kg body weight of glucose saline and 2 ml / kg body weight of 5% sodium bicarbonate injection can be given intravenously once a day.
