The variety has strong growth, the plant height is about 70 cm, the pseudostem is as white as onion, and the leaf body is as flat as garlic. Leaf blade long lanceolate, simple leaves alternate, with wax powder outside, 2.5-5 cm wide and 30-50 cm long. The round leaf sheath sheath produces a pseudostem, the outer skin is membranous and white, the flower stalk is solid, the cross section is round, the base is 1 cm thick, and the flower stalk is 80 cm long. This variety has few diseases and insect pests, cold tolerance and wide adaptability. It can withstand high temperature of 38 ℃ and low temperature of-10 ℃. The distribution of root system is shallow, and it is not tolerant to drought and waterlogging. The seeds are angled, black, and the weight of a thousand seeds is about 2.8g. After sowing, it can be harvested continuously for 7-8 years, and the annual yield of tender seedlings and bolts per mu is 6500-8000 kg.
