Huafeng sharp pepper is a hybrid variety with mid-early maturity, about 115 days from planting in spring to the first harvest, and about 75 days from planting in autumn to the first harvest. The plant grows vigorously, the plant height is about 65 cm, and the initial flowering node is 9-10 nodes. The continuous fruit is strong, the fruit is horn-shaped, the fruit is about 16mur18cm long, the weight of a single fruit is 35g (enough fertilizer and water can reach 45g), the pericarp is green and smooth, the flesh is thick, the cavity is small, resistant to pressure and transportation, and the spicy taste is medium. Strong heat resistance, moisture resistance, high resistance to blight, Fusarium wilt, anti-virus disease, wide adaptability. High yield and stable yield, generally, the yield per mu can reach more than 3000 kg. Huafeng sharp pepper participated in the provincial regional test in 2000 and 2001, and its disease resistance and high yield were very outstanding. Huafeng sharp pepper is suitable for cultivation all over the country. The spring sowing period in Guangzhou is from December to February, and the autumn sowing date is from July to September. Maoming, Zhanjiang, Hainan and other places can be planted in winter.
