Zhengmai 975-Noodle Type with High yield and good quality

Yield result

In the regional trial of Gaofei Chunshui group in two years, the average yield per mu increased by 6.09% compared with the large area control variety Yumai 18 in Henan Province, and ranked first in Jiaozuo, Xuchang, Zhoukou and other places. The trial planting and breeding in various places showed higher yield potential and better adaptability. Quality performance

According to the analysis of the quality Supervision, Inspection and Test Center of Agricultural products (Harbin) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Zhengmai 975 has a crude protein content of 15.30%, wet gluten content of 36.4%, sedimentation value of 29.9ml, falling value of 371s, water absorption of 57.4%, formation time of 2.8min, stable time of 3.8min, softening degree of 115F.u, evaluation value of 45. According to the analysis of the quality Supervision, Inspection and Test Center of Agricultural products of the Ministry of Agriculture (Zhengzhou), the content of wet gluten is 33.8%, the water absorption is 57.2%, the formation time is 4.0min, the stable time is 6.5min, the softening degree is 110F.u, and the evaluation value is 50. The above test results show that Zhengmai 975 has a high content of protein and wet gluten, and its gluten strength is moderately strong, which belongs to the type of medium-strong gluten. In addition, the starch characteristics of Zhengmai 975 were analyzed by flour manufacturers such as Zhejiang Ningbo flour Mill. The results showed that the starch gelatinization property of Zhengmai 975 was good and it was suitable for making high quality noodles and instant noodles. The noodle processing experiment shows that the finished noodle has high whiteness, low breaking rate, elasticity, clear boiled noodle soup, non-sticky teeth, smooth and refreshing.
