Jishu 15
"Jishu 15" is an excellent intermediate material innovated by the crop Research Institute of Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences (the female parent is Ji 85003. The male parent is Ji 78268), which is a new sweet potato variety with high yield, disease resistance and high quality. it was approved and named by the National crop Variety approval Committee in August 2001.
1. Main characteristics:
1. High yield: in 56 experiments of Jishu 15 for 9 years, the average yield of fresh potato was 2261.82 kg per mu, 13.62% higher than that of the control variety Xushu 18, and the average yield per mu of dried potato was 782.77 kg, which was 23.22% higher than that of Xushu 18.
In the seedling selection test of this variety in 1989, the yield of fresh potato was 25.8% higher than that of Xushu 18, and the yield of dried potato was 40.8% higher.
From 1990 to 1992, the average yield of fresh potato and dried potato per mu was 2806.8 kg and 1035.6 kg respectively, which was 18.6% and 31.8% higher than that of Xushu 18. The average yield of fresh potato was 2662.2 kg per mu and that of dried potato was 985.01 kg per mu, which was 16.6% and 27.5% higher than that of Xushu 18, respectively.
He participated in the regional trial of Shandong Province from 1998 to 1999. The results of 14 experiments in 2 years showed that the average yield of fresh potato was 2460.0 kg per mu, 14.4% higher than that of Xushu 18, and the average yield of dried potato was 895.0 kg per mu, which increased by 22.6% over Xushu 18. According to the results of the production test at 7 o'clock in 2000, the average yield of fresh potato was 2064.6 kg per mu and that of dried potato was 640.6 kg per mu, which was 12.3% and 18.9% higher than that of Xushu 18, respectively.
He participated in the national sweet potato northern regional trial from 1998 to 1999. The results showed that the average yield of fresh potato was 1957.2 kg per mu and that of dried potato was 648.1 kg per mu, which was 6.8% and 17.2% higher than that of Xushu 18, respectively. According to the results of the production test at 6 o'clock in 2000, the average yield of fresh potato and dried potato was 1620.1 kg and 492.3 kg per mu, 13.04% and 21.3% higher than that of Xushu 18, respectively. The average dry rate of 30.2% was 2.1% higher than that of Xushu 18. In the two regional trials, the dry potato yield ranked first.
2. Quality characters: the drying rate and starch rate of this variety were 2-3 and 1.82 percentage points higher than that of Xushu 18, respectively, ranking first among the two regional trial varieties. The food quality supervision, inspection and testing center of the Ministry of Agriculture (Jinan) inspection results: the drying rate of Jishu 15 summer potato is 30.24%, which is 1.21% higher than that of Xushu 18, and the crude starch rate is 60.00%, 5.95% higher than Xushu 18. Sun-dried and dried potatoes are smooth and bright in color, and the quality is rated as grade 1. Steamed, roasted food taste sweet, fine meat, powder, taste evaluation high-grade.
3. Disease resistance: Jishu 15 participated in the disease resistance identification test of our unit and provincial and national northern regional tests during 1990-1995 and 1998-1999. The results showed that the average disease index of root rot, Xushu 18, stem nematode and Xushu 18 were 24.1, 30.9, 30.6 and 49.3, respectively. the results showed that the resistance of Jishu 15 to black spot belonged to the type of resistance to black spot. The results of resistance identification and test for many years showed that Jishu 15 was highly resistant to root rot, stem nematode and black spot.
4. Storability and sprouting: Jishu 15 is resistant to storage, spring and summer potatoes can be seeded, and there is no dry tail, dry rot, soft rot, black spots and potato skin shrinkage in cellar investigation; sprouting is good, 2-3 days earlier than Xushu 18, and the seedling yield is more than 50%.
5. Morphological characteristics: Jishu 15 has light green top leaves, dark green leaves, green veins, purple veins, heart-shaped leaves, smaller leaves, green vines, short vines, many branches, and semi-erect plant type. Potato spindle, purple-red potato skin, yellowish potato meat, neat potato pieces.
2. Key points of cultivation techniques:
The main results are as follows: 1. The variety has good sprouting ability and many seedlings, and it is sparsely seeded when raising seedlings, and the planting density is about 25 kg per square meter. after emergence, the seedlings should be grown at flat temperature and refined at low temperature to cultivate strong seedlings.
