Zhendao No.2

Zhendao No. 2 was bred from the mutant plant "Osmanthus waxy" selected by Zhenjiang Agricultural Science Institute. It belongs to late ripening and middle waxy. As a single cropping rice, sowing in the middle of May, heading in the middle of August, maturing in the middle of October, the whole growth period is close to 150 days, the total leaf age is 16-17 leaves, and the number of elongated internodes is 5-6. Transplanting melons, rice and beans, heading in early September and maturing in late October, the whole growth period is about 125 days, the total leaf age is about 14 leaves and the number of elongated internodes is 4-5. The ear is big and there are many grains, and the seed setting rate is high. The yield structure of about 600kg per mu is as follows: 20-220000 effective panicles per mu and more than 120 grains per panicle. The seed setting rate is more than 90%, and the weight of 1000 grains is 27-28 grams. Under the cultivation of post-cropping rice, the yield structure of 400,500kg per mu is as follows: more than 220000 effective panicles per mu, 90,100 grains per panicle, seed setting rate more than 90%, 1000-grain weight about 28 grams, fast filling speed, full grain, but easy to crack. The plant is moderate in height and more resistant to fertilizer and lodging. Under the cultivation of single cropping rice, the yield level is about 600 kg, the plant height is close to 100 cm, the stem is strong, the panicle is curved and sagging, the tillering ability is medium, and the panicle rate is high. In the early and middle stages, the leaves are short and stiff, the leaf width is slightly wider, the upper three leaves are slightly longer and straight, the leaves are green, the growth is beautiful, the ripening phase is good, it is not easy to drop grains, but it is easy to thresh, moderately resistant to bacterial blight, susceptible to rice false smut and light to sheath blight.
