After crossbreeding and improvement, the broiler that grows rapidly and is fed with pure factory feed is called feed chicken. Feed chicken feed nutrition is comprehensive, but the meat quality is not good, the taste is not good, here are several reference methods to improve the quality of broilers.

Chicken

The main results are as follows: 1. Adding seasoning spices such as cloves, ginger and sweet pepper to the feed of fattening broilers can improve the quality of chicken meat and prolong the shelf life. Seasoning formula: 10 grams of green onions and garlic, 7 grams of dry yeast, 3 grams of ginger powder, five-spice powder, 3 grams of chili powder, 0.5 grams of monosodium glutamate and salt. 10-15 days before leaving the column, add 0.2-0.5% of the diet, mix well, and feed once in the morning and evening.

2. Add garlic: the amount of garlic powder is 2% of the diet, which can make the chicken flavor. Because there is a lack of important ingredients that make up the flavor of chicken in the formula feed and general feed of chicken, but in garlic, the chicken can eliminate the fishy smell in chicken meat after eating the diet mixed with garlic powder, and it is harmless to the growth of chicken.

3. Adding silage: 80% daily formula feed with 15% silage and 5% plant straw feed can make the meat flavor of captive chicken similar to that of natural free-range chicken, and can enhance the disease resistance of captive chicken.

4. Adding rotten leaf soil: because of pecking grasses, rotten leaves, insects, earthworms, yeast, sand grains, etc., farm chickens have rich nutrition and better meat quality. In the chicken farm, the rotten leaf soil on the soil surface of the vegetable garden or orchard was dug out and dried at room temperature, and then fed to the chicken with the proportion of 70% of chicken feed, 10% of green feed and 5% of rotten leaf soil, or 75% of chicken compound feed, 15% of forage feed and 10% of rotten leaf soil, which were thoroughly stirred and fed to chickens as diets. The meat quality and taste of the chicken fed by this method is similar to that of the native chicken.

5. add special feed: in addition to feeding broilers with corn, rice, rice bran, peanut bran and sand to ensure the supply of protein, vitamins, minerals and basic materials, some special feed can be fed: (1) if banana peel is fed every other day, until it comes out, it can make the chicken tender, refreshing and fragrant. (2) you can also feed weeds such as thatch, cowgrass and other green fodder every other day to make the chicken look good, taste good and have game.
