Cotton New Product Introduction---Multi-resistant Wanza 40
The following varieties are developed by Anhui Runhe Cotton Industry Co., Ltd.
Duokang Wanza 40
The parents of Wanza 40 were selected and improved into disease-resistant materials through disease nursery screening, and then introduced BT insect-resistant gene into a new combination "multi-resistant Wanza 40". The combination not only maintained the high yield and stable yield of Wanza 40, but also had excellent characters such as insect resistance, disease resistance and strong stress resistance.
The plant of this variety is tower-shaped and compact, with a height of 100 cm. The whole growth period is 128 days, it is a medium-mature variety, with medium-sized leaves, dark green leaves, large boll oval, smooth boll surface, about 6 grams per boll weight, lint percentage 40.5%, seed index 10.01 grams, lint index 6.91 grams, pre-frost flower rate more than 90%, catkins fat.

Introduction of new cotton products-Shandong Mianyan 15
The following varieties are developed by Anhui Runhe Cotton Industry Co., Ltd. This variety is the latest insect-resistant hybrid cotton bred by Shandong Cotton Research Center, which integrates high yield, high quality, insect resistance and disease resistance. It was examined and approved by Shandong crop Variety approval Committee in April 2001. Shandong Cotton Center authorizes seed production and marketing of Anhui Runhe Cotton Co., Ltd. The characteristic characteristic is that the middle maturity is too early, the whole growth period is 133.5 days, the plant type is medium, it is tower-shaped, the fruit branches rush up, the seedlings emerge well, the early development is fast, the growth is vigorous and steady, and it blossoms and knot.

Causes of excessive growth of cotton and its control
The phenomenon of excessive growth of vegetative organs such as stems, branches and leaves of cotton plants, which makes vegetative growth and reproductive growth out of balance, is called overgrowth, commonly known as "crazy growth". The vegetative growth and reproductive growth of cotton are carried out synchronously after budding. If the vegetative growth is too fast and the reproductive growth is inhibited, it will cause bud and boll shedding, and in serious cases, there will be no boll formation. The reason for overgrowth: mainly due to the application of too much fertilizer and water. The period from budding to the early stage of flowering is the fastest vegetative growth period in cotton life. If the supply of nitrogen fertilizer is too much, it will result in the proportion of carbon and nitrogen metabolism.
