This variety is the latest insect-resistant hybrid cotton bred by Shandong Cotton Research Center, which integrates high yield, high quality, insect resistance and disease resistance. It was examined and approved by Shandong crop Variety approval Committee in April 2001. Shandong Cotton Center authorizes seed production and marketing of Anhui Runhe Cotton Co., Ltd.
The characteristics of mid-maturity are early, the whole growth period is 133.5 days, the plant type is medium, tower-shaped, fruit branch punching, good seedling emergence, fast early development, vigorous and steady growth, concentrated flowering and boll setting, strong boll setting, high node position of fruit branch, light rotten boll, thin boll shell, smooth and concentrated florescence, high pre-frost flowering rate, oval shape, large and uniform boll, 5.84g per boll weight, 40.8% lint percentage, 10.4g seed finger, high resistance to cotton bollworm.
