Management of Spring Mushroom in Lentinus edodes cultivation
Spring temperature rises slowly, air relative humidity is big, day and night temperature difference is big, create good climate condition for mushroom production. Spring mushroom production is similar to autumn mushroom production. In the spring rain season, the mushroom wood in a dry state for a long time falls to the ground, is drenched in rain water, and absorbs enough water. At this time, the mycelium activity in the mushroom wood is also increasingly active, and it can be prepared for spring mushroom management. In early spring, we should do a good job of tidying up the mushroom field, remove small shrubs and dead branches in the mushroom field, make it well ventilated, avoid excessive humidity and spread of miscellaneous bacteria in the mushroom field, and facilitate harvesting and management. Both new and old mushroom trees must wait until the mushroom buds are formed before they are put on shelves. The method of shelving mushroom wood in spring is almost the same as that in autumn and winter. The only difference is that when mushroom wood is shelved, the inclination should be steeper so as to drain water as soon as possible.
Spring rain period is generally more cold days, rainfall gradually increased, long-term continuous rain often makes mushroom body absorb too much water, water retention rate is too high, mushroom body is easy to blacken and deteriorate, it is extremely difficult to bake. Where conditions permit, polyethylene film can be used to set up a canopy on the mushroom rack to prevent the mushroom body from being too wet. For poorly ventilated mushroom farms, the lower half of the branches of the shade wood should be cut off to increase ventilation in the mushroom farm to avoid bad mushrooms. In order to accumulate nutrients after picking mushroom trees, the harvested mushroom trees are erected in a "well" shape, the bottom layer is sparse, and the upper layer is covered with branches and leaves. After a month of rest, the next batch of primordia is formed, and then the stack is removed and put on the shelves, as described above.
With the rise of temperature, it is easy to develop into thin mushroom under spring wind and warm rain, and the quality of mushroom decreases. Spring mushroom production is generally picked from south to north in early May, so we must do a good job in the aftermath. After the end of spring mushroom, the temperature also rose and stabilized above 20℃. Except for a small number of high temperature varieties, the middle and low temperature varieties almost stopped producing mushrooms, and then gradually entered the plum rain season. According to the climatic characteristics of this stage, it should be piled up in a dry and well-drained place. According to the maturity difference of mushroom wood and the size of mushroom wood diameter, the density should be thinner; the upper part should be covered with branches and leaves to prevent the mushroom wood from being too wet and making hygrophilous myxomycetes reproduce in the mushroom wood. Therefore, from May to June, the trapped mountain field should mainly discharge moisture, prevent ponding and ventilate, especially after harvesting several batches of mushroom, the tissue of mushroom wood becomes soft and the water absorption ability is stronger. In order to accelerate the hypha recovery, more attention should be paid to ventilation and humidity reduction.

Summer management and harvest of mushroom wood cultivated in Lentinus edodes
1. Management of mushroom wood in summer in the south of the Yangtze River, the plum rain season ended in late June, and the temperature was stable above 22 ℃, marking the beginning of midsummer. At this stage, the temperature of the mushroom farm in the mountain area is relatively high, and thundershowers are frequent. The management of mushroom wood should be based on ventilation and humidity reduction, and should also prevent mushroom wood from exposure and peeling. At the same time, we should do a good job in removing weeds and preventing the breeding of bacteria, so as to make the mushroom trees spend the summer smoothly and accumulate a lot of nutrients for the next mushroom season. In addition, when moving mushroom wood, we must pay attention to protect the bark from falling off. 2. The climate of the spring and autumn mushroom stage is not good.

Lentinus edodes section wood cultivation
After cutting down the trees suitable for the growth of Lentinus edodes, cut the branches and stems into segments, then inoculate them artificially, and then concentrate on artificial scientific management in the sites suitable for the growth of Lentinus edodes. This method is called the cultivation of Lentinus edodes. 1. The preparation of mushroom wood 1. The selection of mushroom wood is suitable for the growth and development of Lentinus edodes, including chestnut, oak, mistletoe, birch, Juglans mandshurica, elm, red poplar and so on. As the trees needed for the production of Lentinus edodes, 15-30-year-old trees are the most suitable. The diameter of mushroom wood is 5-20 cm in diameter.
