Last Updated: 2024/11/06, Lentinus edodes cultivated in small bags in woodland should choose sufficient water source, convenient drainage, and the density of woodland is more than 0.8. if the density is small, sunshade net and straw curtain can be hung in the forest. According to the meteorological conditions in southern Shandong, the time of mushroom emergence in the woodland can be arranged from April to November, so the bagging time is 60-80 days ahead of schedule. About 30,000 bags are planted for every 667 square meters. First, folding bag specifications. Break diameter 17 cm long 30 cm, load 0.5 kg dry material. Second, choose the variety. High temperature varieties of Lentinus edodes should be selected.

Lentinus edodes cultivated in small bags in woodland should choose sufficient water source, convenient drainage, and the density of woodland is more than 0.8. if the density is small, sunshade net and straw curtain can be hung in the forest.

Lentinus edodes varieties should be selected with high temperature, such as Dizheng No. 1, Wuxiang No. 1, 931 and so on.

Third, mix materials and pack bags. The raw materials with low lignin content and easy decomposition should not be mixed in the cultivation material formula. The first formula is 80% sawdust, 15% wheat bran, 3% corn flour, 1% gypsum, 1% sugar; the second is 70% sawdust, 10% cottonseed bran, 15% wheat bran, 3% corn meal, 1% gypsum and 1% sugar. Bag after mixing the material for an hour, pack it while compacting, put on the top ring, punch the hole down in the middle of the material surface with a wooden cone with a diameter of 2 cm, gently pull it out, and then cover with a non-cotton cover.

Fourth, sterilization and inoculation. General atmospheric pressure sterilization, temperature up to 100 ℃ for more than 12 hours, cease fire, and then stuffy for 6 hours, move into the inoculation room. Disinfect when the material temperature drops below 30 ℃, generally disinfect with smoke disinfectant, keep for 6 hours after igniting, start inoculation, aseptic operation. Each bottle contains about 30 bags of bacteria.

5. Mycelium culture. The growth range of mycelium was 4-35 ℃, and the optimum temperature was 22-25 ℃. When the mycelium grew to 1/3, the ventilation rate was gradually increased, and the air was ventilated every two days for one hour each time. At the suitable temperature, the bacteria can be sent out in the bacteria bag for 50-60 days.

Sixth, change color and take off the bag. After the mycelium is full, the hyphae will be ventilated and brightened to change color as soon as possible. After about 30-40 days, 2 of the mycelia bags have tumors protruding, and after the color changes to reddish brown, the bags can be removed and covered with soil. In general, it is better for the mushroom bed to have good drainage. When taking off the bag, it is best to choose the cloudy day or relatively low temperature. Pour a water before the bag, then sprinkle the lime powder for disinfection, then spray the insecticide to kill the insect; while removing the bag, the bacteria bag is separated by 3 cm, and then covered with soil, the thickness of the soil cover the bag is appropriate. Pour heavy water once, then sprinkle with lime powder to disinfect, then spray insecticide to kill insects; remove the bag while arranging, bow the bamboo bow, cover with sunshade net or plastic film.

7. Management of mushroom production. In early summer, the dry air temperature gradually increases, and the management is mainly moisturizing, spraying cold water in the morning to cool down to form a temperature difference and a dry-wet difference to stimulate the formation of mushroom buds as soon as possible. When the first tide of mushrooms is picked, the ventilation is increased, the humidity is reduced, and the mycelium is allowed to recuperate for 7-10 days. when the part of the mushroom is whitened, the mycelium accumulates some nutrients, and the mycelium is watered again and cultured in a dry-wet environment for 3-5 days. a large difference in dryness and humidity and temperature difference were formed to promote the formation of the second batch of mushroom buds. When the summer temperature rises to 32 ℃, spray cold water in the morning to cool down and stimulate the bacteria stick to form primordia.

Eighth, harvest in time. When the temperature is high, the fruiting body of Lentinus edodes grows very fast, so it should be harvested in time, and do not wait for the edge of the cover to be fully unfolded, so as not to affect the commodity value. When harvesting, do not pick up the culture material, pinch the mushroom stalk and gently twist it, protect the small mushroom bud and clean up the remaining mushroom stalk.
