Place: Park Shu Xiguang, it is generally appropriate to put it in a place with sufficient sunshine and air circulation, and there is no need for shade in summer. In the Yangtze River basin, it can be placed outdoors in winter and buried in Xiangyang soil to prevent the basin soil from freezing.

Watering: Pushu is dry-resistant and should not be watered too much. It should be watered once a day during the spring growth period, with high temperature and high light intensity in summer. It can be watered once in the morning and evening, less in autumn and 5-7 days after defoliation in winter.

Fertilization: insufficient nutrients and fertilizers will make the leaves of Pushu yellow and less glossy, affecting the ornamental. Too much fertilizer will cause excessive growth of branches and leaves, hypertrophy of leaves, and affect the shape of the tree, so it is appropriate to control fertilization. Apply rarefied organic fertilizer 2-3 times every spring and summer, and apply base fertilizer once before winter. Nitrogen and potash are the main fertilizers.

Pruning: Park tree has strong sprouting power, so it is advisable to trim and shape it frequently. When the new branch is 6-8 cm, leave 2-3 leaves and cut off the rest. The bud branches that elongate upward or downward, leave 1-2 leaves, and cut off the rest. At the same time, sprouts should be picked and shoots removed at any time to keep the bonsai shape intact.

Turn the basin: it should be carried out every 2-3 years, preferably before germination in February-March in spring, or in autumn. The root of Pushu Zhuanjing is easy to decay, so it should be combined with turning the basin, pruning the old, weak and residual roots and replacing the fertile and loose new soil, which can promote the development of new roots and maintain the normal growth of plants.

Pest control: the common diseases of Pushu are powdery mildew, which can be controlled by spraying 0.5% stone-sulfur mixture. Common pests are red spiders, aphids, gibberries, wood lice, etc., which can be sprayed with 40% dimethoate 1500-2000 times or 80% dichlorvos 1500 times.
