In practice, we have conscientiously grasped the "six changes" measures for high-yield cultivation, gave full play to the high-yield advantages of two-line rice, and achieved gratifying results.

1. Improve the technique of raising seedlings and cultivate strong seedlings according to the characteristics of small elasticity of seedling age of two-line rice. In the areas with good drainage and irrigation conditions, plastic trays should be adopted to raise seedlings, 20-22 days in early planting and 12 days in late planting, and semi-dry seedling raising should be adopted in those areas with poor water conservancy conditions. it is better to cultivate tillering strong seedlings in 25-30 days in early planting and 18-20 days in late planting.

Second, improve the planting specification to ensure that the seedling age is strictly controlled by the basic seedling number, which is beneficial to early growth and rapid development, large panicle competition and high yield after throwing (insertion). When throwing seedlings, they should be planted at about 3.5 leaf age, 13000 ~ 14,000 families per mu in high fertility fields, 15000 ~ 16000 families per mu in medium fertility fields, and 40 000 ~ 50 000 basic seedlings per mu. The transplanting control is about 6.5 leaf age, the planting specification of high fertility field is 23 cm × 13 cm, the basic seedling is 50,000 ~ 60,000 seedlings per mu, and the planting specification of medium fertility field is 20 cm × 13 cm, and 60,000 ~ 70,000 seedlings per mu.

Third, changing the traditional fertilization method to balanced formula fertilization can not meet the growth needs of two-line rice. We combine the local experience, change the traditional fertilization habits, implement balanced fertilization, fertilize according to the soil formula, reasonable collocation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, macroscopically grasp the total amount of fertilization, and adopt the principles of pre-heavy, middle attack and post-supplement to meet the growth and development needs of two-line rice. On the basis of sufficient base fertilizer, we should apply Huiqing fertilizer early (4-5 days after throwing), re-apply tillering fertilizer (8-10 days after planting), increase phosphorus and potassium fertilizer, create conditions to apply mid-term fertilizer, promote the differentiation and development of young ears, compete for large ears and increase the number of grains. The ratio of nitrogen application in the early, middle and late stage was 8.5 ∶ 1.5 ∶ 0 and 8 ∶ 1.5 ∶ 0, respectively. The suitable ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is 1 ∶ 0.45 ∶ 0.6-0.8, and the total amount of fertilizer applied to farmers should be changed from twice to 4-5 times according to the best period of fertilizer absorption. During the whole period, 15 kg of N 13 per mu, 15 kg of P2O55.5~6.5 and K2O10~12 kg were applied per mu.
