Don't forget to repair agricultural machinery after wheat harvest

The combine harvester can maintain the machine before leaving the car, keep it in good technical condition, reduce faults, improve work efficiency and prolong the service life of the machine.

1. Self-propelled combine harvester (l) add lubricating oil to each lubrication point every day. (2) after using for a period of time, tighten the front and rear wheel nuts; check and adjust the tension of all triangular belts; check and adjust all transmission chains; clean the dry air filter when the indicator light is on; clean the rotating air hood and radiator; check the coolant surface and fill up; check and clean the water collector; check the fuel filter, release the deposited water and sediment, clean the hydraulic tank filling port and check the oil level. The combine harvester stops on the flat ground, check the engine oil bottom kettle oil and refuel as needed; tighten the unloading grain and stir the dragon wire rope; clean the refueling port of the hydraulically driven fuel tank and check the oil level. Clean the cab filter if necessary. (3) after 1 quarter of use, replace the fuel filter element and the engine oil filter. Check the specific gravity of the battery electrolyte and charge or fill it with distilled water as needed. Check the coolant level and fill it up. Clean the fuel pump, check and adjust the running clutch clearance, check and adjust the foot brake, adjust the soft shaft of the hand brake.

2. Suspended combine harvester (1) tractor maintenance. The tractor should be maintained at all times to maintain the best technical condition. Maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the instructions. Because the harvesting works under bad conditions, with a lot of dust and grass shavings, the radiator is easy to be blocked, causing the water tank to boil, and the air filter is also easy to fail, the filter screen is blocked, and the light reduces the power of the engine. Black smoke is emitted during heavy load work, which makes it difficult for the starter to start. Therefore, the grass shavings and dust on the radiator should be cleaned up before leaving the car, and this work should be carried out frequently in the workshop of each shift. Adding a fine mesh cover on the front of the car has a better protective effect on the radiator. The cleaning times of the air filter should be increased, or the position should be raised. (2) maintenance of harvester. The combine harvester should be lubricated regularly in the daily work, check the technical status and fixation of the working parts, make necessary adjustments and eliminate the faults that have occurred.

Before leaving the car every day, the inspection and maintenance work should focus on the parts with high load, high speed and large vibration. at the same time, we should also check the parts that are easy to wear and damage, such as cutters, connecting rods, conveyor belts, lifting wire ropes, etc.

Make a "home" for large-scale agricultural machinery

At the end of the wheat harvest, when I went to the village for an interview, I saw that some farmers put large combine harvesters in the yard, saying that the behemoth had no place to live, so it had to be stored in the open air.

At present, the wheat harvest in various places is basically over, and large-scale wheat combine harvesters have retired from the "battlefield." Because the machinery is too large and bulky, the original houses of farmers can not be accommodated, so many organic households simply store them in the open air in the yard. This practice is really inappropriate. Just imagine, a large combine harvester costs nearly 100000 yuan, which can be said to be a more valuable item, which is stored in the open air, soaked in the wind, sun, rain and snow, and the parts are prone to rust and alkali corrosion, causing damage to the machinery and seriously shortening the service life of the machinery. Therefore, it is suggested that farmers who have large wheat combine harvesters should build a warehouse specially for the "machine" and set up a "home", which will not only reduce the maintenance cost, but also make it easy to use in the coming year.
