Asexual Propagation of Schisandra chinensis-semi-lignified Greenwood Cuttage
The semi-lignified shoots of Schisandra chinensis varieties or superior lines were selected as test materials for cutting propagation in the first and middle of June. Generally speaking, it is suitable to collect cuttings before 10:00 in the morning. The length of cuttings is 15 to 20cm, and the thickness should be greater than 0.3cm. The leaves in the middle and upper parts should be retained, and the leaves at the base (scissors) 3cm and 5cm upward should be cut off. The lower cuttings fall on the semi-lignified nodes and the cuttings are inclined. Soak the cuttings in 0.1% carbendazim solution for 1 minute, shake off the water droplets and soak the base with 1000 mg / kg naphthylacetic acid (NAA) or 100mg / kg ABTL rooting powder for 20 seconds.
The slotting bed should be built in a greenhouse or greenhouse with good moisturizing and heat dissipation performance, first dig a pool 1.5 by 2 meters wide, 6 meters long and 0.5 meters deep, and build a semi-underground slotting bed with bricks around it, and then build an arch shed and sunshade above the pool. With 1:1 clean river sand and screened slag ash as the matrix, the bed surface was sterilized and killed with 0.1% carbendazim and 0.2% phoxim, and the matrix was sprayed with 2% potassium permanganate solution, stacked for 2 hours and then washed with water once, and then evenly spread on the bed with a thickness of 15 cm to 20 cm. With a 2.5 cm diameter stick, drill a hole 3 cm × 3 cm 4 cm deep according to the row spacing of 8 cm × 3 cm 4 cm, then insert the scion and compact it, do not overlap the leaves, and then spray water.
The humidity in the shed should be kept above 90%, the light transmittance should be about 40%, and the temperature should be controlled at 1930 ℃ per day. Spray 3 or 4 times a day according to humidity, requiring no runoff after spraying. Spray disinfectant 15 days after insertion, and then spray every 8-10 days. If the cuttage is managed properly, 5-10 roots can take root in 30-40 days, gradually remove the humidity protection, control water to train seedlings, as long as the leaves do not wilt, do not water, rainy days should be covered to prevent Rain Water from irrigating the bed. The rooting and strong seedlings treated by seedling training can be carefully dug out and planted in the open field seedling bed with a row spacing of 25 cm × 12 cm and continue to grow into seedlings. The rooting seedlings moved to the open field also require careful management. in line with the principle of promoting the development of underground roots and a high degree of Lignification above ground, sturdy seedlings are bred.

in that cultivate garden, a large number of transverse stem can be produced by the trees over 3 year old, which distribute in the soil layer 5~15 cm below the ground surface. When the tender shoots are 10~15 cm high, the transverse stems will be dug out, and the "seedlings" with roots will be cut off with scissors, and planted in the prepared nursery land according to the row spacing of 10 cm ×20 cm, as shown in Figure 3 - 6. Field Management Methods of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis
(1), frame surface management plants in the juvenile period to timely select the main vine to the bamboo pole to promote its upward growth, adult tree side vine shoot in principle do not need to bind, if there is too long can stay about 8-10 nodes to pick the heart, side vine (fruit mother branch) stay too long or load is large, should be given the necessary binding, so as not to break the branch. (2), intertillage weeding more than 5 times a year, depth of about 10cm, planting belt to keep the soil loose without weeds. Deep ploughing after fruit harvest
