Matters needing attention in substitute cultivation of Lentinus edodes
Lentinus edodes substitute cultivation is another cultivation method after section wood or log cultivation. Its cultivation forms are various, and it is mainly designed according to culture conditions, culture materials and culture containers. It has developed rapidly in recent years and has accounted for more than 95% of the cultivation area. The culture medium uses sawdust, crop straw and weeds rich in cellulose, lignin and hemicellulose as the main components of culture materials. Appropriately match with wheat bran, rice bran and inorganic salts such as gypsum and calcium carbonate, which are rich in organic matter and vitamins, as auxiliary materials, adjust the water content to about 60%, and inoculate and culture after sterilization.
The preparation of culture material is an important link in the production of Lentinus edodes. Mispreparation of culture material often leads to matrix rancidity, miscellaneous bacteria pollution and the decline of finished product rate. Although some hyphae can grow slowly to the bottom of the bag, the mycelium is not strong, the mushroom is late, and the yield is very low. Affect economic benefits. The following problems should be paid attention to in the process of culture material preparation.
1 the site mixing and bagging site should be treated with cement, with a slope of 1%, so that the washing water can flow away naturally, rinse with clean water after daily operation, and clean the remaining culture materials for no longer use, so as to prevent the microorganisms in the remaining materials from entering the fresh culture materials, speeding up the rate of rancidity of the culture materials and increasing the chance of pollution.
(2) the sterilized culture material should be sterilized while mixing the material and bagging at the same time, the time from mixing to sterilization should not exceed 4 hours, and the temperature should be raised by fierce fire when loading the pot to sterilize, so that the culture material can enter the aseptic state as soon as possible.
(3) due to the difference of raw material water content and physical properties, the air temperature and relative humidity are different, so the water transfer must be flexible, when the culture material is dry, the particles are fine and the acidity is strong, the water can be adjusted more; the culture material has more water content, coarse particles and poor water absorption, and the water should be adjusted less. In sunny days, the bagging time is long, the water transfer is more or in the middle; on cloudy days, the air relative humidity is high, the moisture is not easy to evaporate, and the water transfer is less. The raw materials such as bagasse, corncob and cottonseed shell are loose, large and easy to absorb water, so the amount of water transfer should be increased appropriately.
(4) uniform mixing strives for uniform mixing, mushrooms do not come out of mushrooms or late mushrooms when mixing materials are uneven, and some output and quality are very poor, mainly because the ratio of carbon to nitrogen is uneven, and ingredients require that all kinds of raw materials should be mixed dry and then wet, so that the main raw materials and auxiliary raw materials should be evenly mixed, water and culture materials should be evenly mixed, and pH value should be uniform.
(5) when the bagging time and temperature is on the high side, the bagging time should not be too long, which requires organizing manpower and racing against time to complete, so as to prevent the rancidity and nutrition of the culture material from decreasing. (6) in the preparation of bagged aseptic culture materials, in order to avoid pollution, on the basis of selecting good raw materials, mix materials in a sunny morning, and try to complete and enter the aseptic process in the morning with low temperature, so as to reduce the chance of miscellaneous bacteria pollution.

Bag planting technique of Lentinus edodes
The main results are as follows: 1. Select excellent and strong bacteria. At present, the varieties suitable for bag cultivation of Lentinus edodes are 33, Cr02, Cr04, 868, Shenxiang 2 and Hua Lentinus edodes 939. The bacteria with white mycelium, fluffy shape, wall-climbing ability, exuberant growth, low age, no antagonistic line and no miscellaneous bacteria were selected. 2. The manufacture of bacterial rods. The time is from mid-August to early September. Production process: mixing-bagging-piercing-sterilization-cooling-inoculation. Common formula for bag cultivation of Lentinus edodes "78201

Winter Management of substitute cultivation of Lentinus edodes
After the beginning of winter, the air temperature drops and the air relative humidity is low, so the management should focus on improving the temperature of the border bed, controlling ventilation, keeping warm and preventing cold. The corresponding management measures were taken for different strains, and the medium and high temperature strains had almost no hope of producing mushrooms below 10 ℃. At this time, water was sprayed in the afternoon combined with short ventilation to keep the bacteria rods moist and make them survive the winter smoothly. The strains of medium temperature type or medium low temperature type still have the hope of producing mushrooms in the provinces where the winter is not obvious. According to the weather forecast, we can avoid the cold current and make use of the short-term temperature rise gap.
