Rapid budding technique of Lentinus edodes planted in bags
The method of injecting water or soaking bags will make the water content in the mushroom stick too high, and the mushroom farmers will be busy cutting bags to protect the mushroom buds for a long time. Some mushrooms do not produce mushrooms for a long time after urging, miss the cultivation season of flower mushrooms, affect the yield, quality and benefit. A set of rapid bud induction methods is introduced.
Directional piercing: 4 nails 8 - 10 cm long, nailed to a board 1.5 cm thick, 45 cm long and wide enough to hold, all nails should be nailed. Prick two rows of seeds arranged on the mushroom rod with nails, and 8 eyes are arranged in two rows on one side.
Vertical swing bag: vertically discharge the perforated bacteria rod into the immersion tank or vat, up to 2 layers. The top is pressed with bamboo rafts, and then heavy objects such as stones are pressed to prevent the bacteria rod from floating.
Quantitative solution preparation: prepare 0.3% urea solution with quantitative water bucket or pool, inject the solution into the pool where the bacteria stick is placed, immerse the bacteria stick 5 - 10 cm, and maintain the water level for 1 hour.
Timed bag immersion: immersion of bacteria rod for 1.5 - 3 hours. Among them, the spring tide mushroom is soaked for 1.5 - 2 hours; after the second tide, it is soaked for 2 - 3 hours each time. After 1.5 hours of immersion, start sampling the immersion amount, with the water content around the nail hole 65%%~ 70%, other parts 45%~ 60% is appropriate, the bacteria rod shows partial water content is heavy, part of the water content is low. Generally, the weight method is used to determine the amount of soaking, and the weight after the first soaking is 100%-110% of the weight of the bacterial rod cultivation, and the spring planting bag is about 90%-105% of the weight of the cultivation. After that, the weight of immersion water decreased by about 15% per tide.
Temperature difference bud promotion: Select the sunny day of 8℃-20 ℃ to soak the bag to promote the mushroom, the low temperature below 12℃ must appear at night, and the medium temperature strain needs the low temperature of 14℃-16 ℃. A linear drainage hole is pricked at one end of the bacteria stick soaked in water, the drainage hole end is downward, discharged on the sunny leeward ground without ponding, covered tightly with a plastic film, and a thermometer is placed on the bacteria stick in the film. Sunlight irradiation, sunlight temperature is lower than 15℃ or cloudy days, can increase the temperature, promote the temperature under the film to reach 28℃-32 ℃, keep 2 - 4 hours, lift the film ventilation, and then use the natural low temperature at night 12℃ stimulation for 4 - 6 hours. As long as the temperature control is accurate, once can be. If the temperature is insufficient, it can be carried out 2 - 3 times in a row.
Incubation buds: the bacteria rod stimulated by puncture, immersion and temperature difference can be kept still, covered with plastic film tightly, and compacted around. Under the condition of 18℃ ~ 24℃, the mushroom bag produces a large number of mushroom buds after 2 ~ 3 days. Generally, from the evening of the next day or the morning of the third day, select the mushroom sticks with more buds and put them into the lowest layer of the mushroom shed. After that, select a batch every 12 - 24 hours, put it into the mushroom shed from bottom to top, and complete it in 2 - 3 days.
precautions
① The water content of the mushroom rod promoted by the above method should be 35%-55%. For the bacterial rods with water content lower than 35%, a small amount of water should be added in advance; for the bacterial rods with water content higher than 55%, the soaking time should be shortened appropriately or not soaked.
② The whole process of temperature difference budding should be checked every 30 minutes. If it exceeds 35℃, it should be cooled immediately.

A New Technique for Anti-fouling of Mushroom in Bag Cultivation
In addition to the complicated technology, low production technology and simple conditions, the bag cultivation of mushroom is easy to cause pollution. It is also related to the quality of raw materials, strains and plastic bags, extensive production and management, single disinfection and control effect of pure chemicals for a long time, and drug resistance of miscellaneous bacteria. In order to effectively solve the pollution problem: 1. The preparation of culture medium can adopt conventional sawdust, bran, cottonseed hull, corncob and crop straw culture medium formula. The ratio of material to water is 1.0:(1.2~1.

Common physiological diseases of Lentinus edodes with bag material
Physiological disease, also known as non-infectious disease, is a phenomenon of poor growth caused by unsuitable growth conditions or the influence of harmful substances in the environment. Although this disease has no pathogen and will not be transmitted to each other, it will cause heavy losses once it occurs. The most common physiological diseases of Lentinus edodes in Chunhua bag in Shaanxi Province are mycelium desalination, burning bacteria (stuffy pile), yellow water, decay and deformed mushroom and so on. 1 mycelium desalination 1.1 symptoms: mycelium growth was sparse and rods were soft and inelastic. 1.2Etiology: the culture material of ① has become moldy before sterilization.
