The meat is crisp, insoluble, crisp and refreshing, delicate, strong fragrance, sweet and refreshing taste, excellent quality. The content of soluble solids is 15.2%, the sugar content is 16.5-19.2%, and the titratable acid is 0.73%. The quality is excellent. When harvested, the fruit has high firmness, smooth and shiny surface, purplish red pulp, very small kernel and semi-sticky core. The snow company of Jixiang matured from late July to early August.
