Before making a diagnosis, dogs with suspected infectious diseases should be isolated and managed by special personnel; the places where the sick and dead dogs have stayed and the polluted environment and appliances should be comprehensively poisoned; the bodies of sick and dead dogs should be kept for examination; sick dogs are not allowed to be slaughtered at will without the consent of the veterinarian quarantine.
