1. Red eggplant pear is an American variety, which is the bud mutation of eggplant pear, and it is the most beautiful and precocious pear variety. The fruit is large, with an average weight of 131 grams per fruit. A thin-necked gourd-shaped, pericarp purplish red, the fruit surface is smooth and waxy luster, the fruit spot is small but not obvious, the appearance is very beautiful. The flesh is milky white, the flesh is fine, cooked after 5-7 days, the meat becomes soft, more juice, less stone cells, sour and sweet with slight fragrance, high quality and so on. Contains 11% soluble solids, 13% Murray. The fruit ripens in the first ten days of August and is not resistant to storage and can be stored for about 15 days. 2. August Hong is an excellent variety bred by fruit trees in Shaanxi Province. The fruit is oval, the average weight of single fruit is 260 grams, and the maximum weight of single fruit is 453 grams. The fruit surface is smooth, slightly angled, and the fruit spot is small and dense. The pericarp is slightly thicker, the background is yellowish, the sun is red, and the appearance is beautiful. The flesh is milky white, the flesh is fine and crisp, the stone cells are few, the juice is much, the taste is sweet, the fruit contains soluble solids 11.01% Murray 11.30%, the quality is high. The fruit ripens in the middle of August and can be stored for about 20 days. The tree is strong, the young tree is upright, and the shape of the tree opens gradually after fruiting. The sprouting ability is strong and the branching ability is medium. All kinds of fruit branches can bear fruit, and the fruit of adult trees is mainly medium and short fruit branches. White flowers are not strong. "early crisp", "Dangshan crisp" and "Qin crisp" can all be used as pollination trees. Early fruit has good yield, wide adaptability and strong stress resistance. 3. Hongxiang Cake is a hybrid variety bred by Zhengzhou fruit trees of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The sprouting rate is high and the branching ability is medium. White flowers are not fruitful, so it is appropriate to use "Dangshan crisp" and Xuehua pear as pollination trees. The fruit is early, mainly with short fruit branches. It matures in mid-September, but it can be eaten after mid-July. The fruit drop before harvest is not obvious, and the yield is high and stable. Drought resistance, cold resistance, waterlogging resistance, barren resistance, salt and alkali resistance. The growth results are normal in the arid areas of the Loess Plateau. Highly resistant to scab, more resistant to ring disease. More resistant to pear aphid and red spider.
