Cultivation of Korean Pepper

I. Seedling

1. Seed treatment Soak the pepper seeds in warm water at 55℃ for 12h, remove them and dress them with 50% Tuijunte wettable powder, mix evenly and reserve them.

2. Prepare the seedbed to nail some supports in the middle of the greenhouse, load the seedling tray with seedling soil on the support, and prepare for sowing. In the middle of March, the mixed pepper seeds are evenly sown in the seedling tray, watered with bottom water and covered with topsoil.

3. Strengthen the temperature and water management after the seedlings are fully planted, cultivate strong seedlings, and plant the pepper seedlings in the greenhouse from April 10 to 15. The planting density is 5cm×5cm, and prepare for transplanting when the weather improves.

II. Transplantation

1. Soil preparation and fertilization Select plots with high dry terrain, good drainage and fertile soil. Ridge in autumn and spring. Apply farm manure 1t/667 square meters before ridge formation, and the ridge spacing is 80cm.

2. On May 15th, the seedlings were planted on 80cm ridge, double row planting on ridge, row spacing 25cm, plant spacing 30cm, and the number of protected seedlings was 555/667m2.

III. Field management

1. Cultivate and weed in early July. Remove the agricultural film and weed manually in time, so as to achieve two shovels and two times, and remove the big grass once in the later period.

3. Disease and pest control of pepper is pepper blight, which belongs to bacterial disease. If it is not controlled in time, it can spread to the whole field in a short period of time. It is a destructive disease of pepper. Control methods: spraying DTM fungicide or agricultural streptomycin at the early stage of disease can effectively prevent the occurrence and spread of the disease. The common pests of pepper are underground pests such as grubs and mole crickets in seedling stage. The control effect can reach 100% when mixed with soil or poison bait.

IV. Harvest

From the end of September to the beginning of October, when the pepper is fully mature, pluck it and put it in the field to dry in the shade, and then pluck the pepper for sale.
