Characteristics: semi-winter, seedling creeping, strong tillering ability, leaf wax powder weight, plant height 80-85 cm. Spike fusiform, long awn, white shell. The grain is oval, white, horny, with a thousand-grain weight of 38 grams. The protein content is 14.2%, the wet gluten content is 36%, the sedimentation value is 51.8 ml, the water absorption rate is 60.9%, and the stable time is 9.7 minutes. Medium maturity, the whole growth period of about 230 days, strong cold resistance, more resistant to lodging, susceptible to stripe rust, powdery mildew, scab, sheath blight. In the national screening test of Huang-Huai Hainan tablets, the average yield per mu in 1996 was 455.02 kg, which was 1.22% higher than that of Yumai 18, and the difference was not significant. In 1997, the average yield per mu was 487.87 kg, 5.28% higher than that of Xiangmai 18, and the difference was significant. The average yield per mu was 323.1 kg at 2 points in Anhui and 1 points in Jiangsu, which was 15.22% higher than that of the local control varieties.
