Harvest and processing of Schisandra chinensis

When Schisandra chinensis is half-dry, lower the temperature to 40-50 ℃. When it is 80% dry, move it outside to the sun to be fully dry. Rub the fruit stalk and pick out the black grains and store them in storage.

Harvest is carried out from late August to early October, and it is harvested as it matures. During processing, the fruit can be sun-dried or oven-dried, the temperature is reduced to 40-50 DEG C at 60 DEG C when the fruit is half-dried, the fruit is moved outdoors to be sun-dried when the fruit is 80 percent dry, and the black grains can be picked out by rubbing off the fruit stalks and stored.
