Standardized high-yield cultivation techniques of Schisandra chinensis
Schisandra chinensis is a medicinal plant with important economic value in Changbai Mountain. Due to the destruction of human factors for many years, wild resources have been greatly reduced. Relying on wild resources has been far from being able to meet the growing needs of traditional Chinese medicine market, pharmaceutical and processing enterprises. It is imperative to carry out research on wild cultivation. Based on a large number of experimental studies, this paper puts forward for the first time the high-yield cultivation techniques of Schisandra chinensis, which mainly include seedling cultivation, garden establishment, shaping and pruning, soil management and pest control, so that Schisandra chinensis can be cultivated artificially. The average yield of berries per mu is 150 kg in three-year-old garden, 400 kg in four-year garden and 600 kg in five-year-old garden, which achieves the goal of high quality, high yield and stable yield. 150 fine germplasm resources were collected and preserved. The main breeding characters of Schisandra chinensis were evaluated, and the first new variety of Schisandra chinensis in China, "Hong Pearl", was selected. Three products of Schisandra chinensis fruit wine and beverage were developed, and their processing technology was put forward.
The completion of this project has laid a good foundation for the pollution-free standardized cultivation and new product development of Schisandra chinensis in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province. Since 1997, the promotion area of the project is 6200 mu, including 1900 mu of artificial cultivation area and 4300 mu of wild protection area. fruit wine brewing technology has been applied and promoted in Longfeng Township and Quanyang Forestry Bureau of Jiaohe City, Jilin Province, with a cumulative output value of 28.148 million yuan and profit tax of 18.8 million yuan, with remarkable economic and social benefits.

Rapid and High-yield cultivation techniques of Schisandra chinensis
Schisandra chinensis (schisandrachinensis (Turcz) Baill.Hist.) Distributed in northeast China is a wild woody vine fruit tree, the fruit is not only a commonly used valuable traditional Chinese medicine, but also the raw material for processing fruit wine and fruit juice beverage. Due to the destruction of human factors such as long-term predatory picking, wild resources are scarce. While strengthening the protection of resources, large-scale artificial cultivation is the fundamental way to solve the shortage of raw materials. Based on years of research results and production experience, Schisandra chinensis is provided for practical use.

Technical points (1) Raw material treatment: select fresh Schisandra chinensis fruit with good maturity, remove impurities and moldy parts, clean it, then break it with a crusher and remove seeds at the same time; boil and filter to remove the pulp. The pulp can also be retained and homogenized treatment should be carried out after deployment, requiring a homogenization pressure of 50 MPA. (2) blending: the amount of fruit juice is 25%-
