Last Updated: 2024/11/05, When Lentinus edodes are planted in bags, the phenomenon of rotten mushrooms often occurs during the differentiation and budding of fruiting bodies. The main reasons are: continuous rainfall during mushroom growth, especially in the environment of high temperature and humidity, mushroom room humidity is too high, miscellaneous bacteria are easy to invade, resulting in rotting mushroom; some are viral diseases, resulting in mycelium degradation and fruiting body rot; sometimes due to poor management, autumn spraying too much water, relative humidity as high as 95%, coupled with poor ventilation of mushroom bed film cover, excessive accumulation of carbon dioxide, mushroom buds can not develop normally and mildew. When Lentinus edodes are planted in bags, the phenomenon of rotten mushrooms often occurs during the differentiation and budding of fruiting bodies. The main measures to prevent rotten mushrooms are:

1. Adjust the temperature needed in the stage of mushroom production. The best temperature of the mushroom bed during the mushroom emergence stage should not exceed 23 ℃, and when the fruiting body grows in large quantities, it should be controlled at 10-18 ℃. If the temperature is too high, the film can be opened for ventilation, or water can be sprayed in the mushroom shed to reduce the temperature. During the formation of each batch of mushroom buds, if the weather is sunny and warm, the film should be opened at night and covered again during the day to enlarge the temperature difference between day and night, which can not only prevent the occurrence of rotten mushrooms, but also stimulate the production of mushroom buds.

two。 Control the humidity. In the mushroom emergence stage, the relative humidity of the mushroom bed should be about 90%, and the water content of the mushroom stick should be about 60%, so there is no need to spray water at this time; if it exceeds this standard, it should be ventilated in time, reduce the humidity, and often turn the film covered on the mushroom stick to make the air unobstructed, inhibit miscellaneous bacteria and avoid the occurrence of mushroom rot.

3. Mushroom shape is often detected. Once rotten mushrooms are found, they should be removed in time and locally smeared with lime water, king of mildew or 0.1% bromogeramine.
