Last Updated: 2024/11/05, Due to the obvious drop in temperature and the increase in temperature difference between day and night in early November, the mushroom bags produced in mid-September this year have just developed good mycelium, the temperature drops, the ripening period of the mushroom bags is prolonged, and the mycelium is difficult to change color, especially the short-aged mushrooms. There will be abnormal phenomena of long mushrooms without color change. The management should pay attention to the following two points: 1, long age mushroom bag hyphae has been made good, but not color, management can be divided into two kinds, first, after the hole bacteria bag must pay attention to the temperature of the incubator at 22 degrees above, proper ventilation at noon every day 1 - 2 hours;

As the temperature dropped obviously in early November, and the temperature difference between day and night increased, the temperature of the mushroom bags produced in mid-September this year dropped as soon as the hyphae were ready, the ripening period of the bags was lengthened, and the mycelium was difficult to change color, especially for short-aged Lentinus edodes. There will be an abnormal phenomenon of growing mushrooms without changing color, so management should pay attention to the following two points:

1. The mycelia of long-age Lentinus edodes bags have been sent, but those that have not changed color can be divided into two types: first, after piercing holes, the bacterial bags must pay attention to the temperature of the culture room above 22 degrees, and properly ventilated for 1 min at noon every day for 2 hours; second, move the bags after piercing holes to the greenhouse, which is 5 stories high, and use sunlight to increase the temperature in the heap through the greenhouse to promote color conversion.

2. The mycelium of Lentinus edodes bag with short bacterial age has been sent well, but the color has not changed. In addition to referring to the first management method of long-age Lentinus edodes, the second management mode is to move the pierced bag into the greenhouse, cut the bag with a knife and strengthen ventilation. Use light and temperature to promote color conversion.
