How to produce mushrooms in winter
Select a piece of Lentinus edodes and mushroom tube, fully dry, select a pollution-free, complete block or tube for treatment, if the old fungus skin is too thick, you can scratch the bacteria until the hyphae heal.
Soaking in hot water is an ideal method to promote buds of Lentinus edodes in winter. When soaking the mushroom, heat the water to 33 ℃, then pour the shiitake mushroom or mushroom tube into the pool, soak the mushroom for 5 hours, if the water temperature drops, add boiling water, adjust the water temperature to 18 ℃-33 ℃, then remove the soaked shiitake mushroom, place it on the mushroom field, cover it with plastic film to maintain its temperature, until there are buds on the block, and then ventilate. During the mushroom emergence period, if the temperature is low, you can directly spray 18 ℃-33 ℃ of hot water on the block, and then cover it with plastic film to increase the temperature of the environment in the film to facilitate the normal growth of Lentinus edodes.
The harvesting of mushrooms and the nutritional supplement of the pieces should continue to be kept warm after being covered with thin film, and the mushroom buds can arch out the mushrooms quickly, so as to strengthen the ventilation and raise the temperature. The first crop of mushrooms can be picked after 17 days. After picking, remove the film and let the pieces of shiitake mushrooms dry thoroughly for 15 days, then soak in hot water for a second time. After picking the second crop of mushrooms, the pieces of Lentinus edodes should be supplemented with certain nutrients. Commonly used nutrients are: triacontanol solution, 30ppm lemon solution, 0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate and glucose solution, less than 0.2% urea, soybean milk, rice washing water, mushroom auxin, and so on.

Discussion on the experience of cultivating Lentinus edodes in Duanmu
Among Lentinus edodes, Duanmu Lentinus edodes is very popular among consumers. The author has been engaged in the cultivation of Lentinus edodes for decades, and the practical experience is introduced as follows. 1. In addition to pine, fir, cypress and other oily and aromatic tree species, more than 200 kinds of trees such as white oak, sesame oak, Cyclobalanopsis glauca, maple, flower tree, chestnut, wild walnut and so on are suitable. two。 Cutting and setting up the Winter Solstice can cut down trees, especially "nine days", which should not exceed Qingming Festival at the latest. Because the tree is dormant during this period, the cortex is closely integrated with xylem, rich in nutrition and miscellaneous bacteria.

Management techniques of Lentinus edodes planted in the ground
Lentinus edodes cultivated on the ground is a new technology produced by Hou Baocang, a large edible mushroom grower in Miaohou Village, Wolong Town, Pingquan County, Hebei Province. the emergence of this technology has filled the gap that there is no fresh Lentinus edodes in the high temperature season in northern China from June to September, and has a strong market competitiveness. 1. Building a shed: according to the number of planting, build a bacterial shed, generally covering an area of 120 square meters per 10,000 bags, the brightness in the shed can not be too large, otherwise it will affect the normal growth of hyphae. 2. Material preparation: calculated in 10,000 bags, 11 tons of wet coarse sawdust, 3 cubic meters of fine broadleaf sawdust and 2 tons of wheat bran
