The method of preventing and curing the mildew of Lentinus edodes
During the period of changing color and emergence of Lentinus edodes cultivated in bags, the high quality and high yield of Lentinus edodes are often affected by the decay of the mushroom tube. There are two kinds of manifestations of rotten bacteria canister.
In one case, the fungus tube is loose and disintegrated. The bacterial tube is loose and inelastic, it is easy to disperse with hand touch, and the culture material has no peculiar smell. It often occurs when the fungus tube is opened to change color or after 1 Mel and 2 batches of mushrooms have been produced. The main reasons are as follows: in the process of mycelial growth, poor ventilation and serious hypoxia in the culture chamber, or a certain bacterial temperature in the later stage of mycelial growth, coupled with high air temperature, did not turn the heap in time to dissipate heat, resulting in the death of part of the hyphae when the temperature was more than 35 ℃, or although some hyphae could resume growth after the air temperature dropped, the mycelium became soft and inelastic, and the skin was thin after color conversion, and the serious mycelium disintegrated. After 1-2 batches of mushrooms, if the ventilation is poor, too much water will loose and disintegrate.

Methods of controlling Lentinus edodes and Pleurotus ostreatus
Pleurotus ostreatus, alias hemostatic fan mushroom. Taxonomically, it belongs to basidiomycetes subphylum, stromatomycetes, Umbellifera, Agaricaceae, Pleurotus ostreatus. The fruiting body is clustered or clustered, showing imbricate growth, the cap is 1-3 cm in diameter, tough, reniform or semicircular, early white, then dark yellow or cinnamon, the surface split into wheat bran-like scales, the margin involute. The stalk is lateral, thick, short and solid, the same color as the cap, and the surface is covered with small scales. The folds are narrow, dense, yellow or cinnamon, and become darker after drying, with transverse veins connecting the folds. This fungus often occurs on mushroom wood-it is highly rotten.

Prevention and control of Lentinus edodes
Ganoderma lucidum, also known as Ganoderma lucidum, belongs to basidiomycetes subphylum, stromatomycetes, non-pleatophyta, Polyporaceae, Ganoderma lucidum. The lid is leathery, sessile, imbricate, semicircular or shell-shaped, with a long diameter of 10 cm, a short diameter of 1-6 cm and a thickness of 1 mm. The cover has narrow concentric bands and slender villi, with various colors, often gray, brown, green to black, shiny, intact or wavy. In nature, it often occurs on the rotten wood of broad-leaved trees in summer and autumn, and the mycelial growth temperature is 3Mel 32 ℃.
