Dried Lentinus edodes Storage "Quadrilogy"
First, select the appropriate packaging materials: choose packaging materials with good moisture resistance, air tightness and firmness. At present, it is better to choose polyethylene as inner packing and thick cartons as outer packing. Polypropylene can also be used as a packaging material, but polyvinyl chloride can not be used to prevent chloride ion from seeping into Lentinus edodes.
2. Place desiccant: put desiccant such as quicklime, anhydrous calcium chloride or silica gel (after packaging treatment) in a closed storage container of dried Lentinus edodes to prevent moisture absorption and mildew of dried Lentinus edodes and prevent oxidation reaction.
3. Storage at low temperature and avoiding light: sealed dried Lentinus edodes should be stored under 15 ℃, and the storage effect is better at 1 ℃ ~ 5 ℃. Direct sunlight should be avoided in the storage place. For this reason, the warehouse had better be built upstairs, with shade or cooling equipment on the roof.
Fourth, pest prevention: in order to reduce pests, we should do a good job of pest control and impurity control when packing, and do not put eggs and unhygienic sundries into bags. Before the dried Lentinus edodes enters the warehouse, aluminum phosphide is used for airtight fumigation and disinfection, and then enter the warehouse when there is no smell of medicine. If pests are found during storage, dried Lentinus edodes can be baked in 50 ℃ ~ 55 ℃ for 1-2 hours to kill pests. Fumigation can also be done by the following methods: about 100 grams of carbon disulfide per cubic metre of space for 24 hours; 17 grams of cobalt chloride for 24 hours; 30 grams of methyl bromide for 24 hours; 4 tablets of aluminum phosphide (3 grams each) for 3 days. The relevant regulations and requirements should be strictly observed during fumigation in order to give full play to the drug effect and avoid pollution accidents.

Xiuzhen mushroom belongs to medium temperature type, the range of mushroom production is 15-28 ℃, the optimum is 18-22 ℃, and it can produce mushroom naturally in spring and autumn. Because Xiuzhen Pleurotus ostreatus has the characteristic of fruiting at variable temperature, the fruiting body can be promoted by appropriate low temperature temperature difference stimulation (more than 10 ℃) when the temperature range is higher than the temperature range of mushroom emergence. In the current production, in the summer high temperature season of more than 28 ℃, the physiological mature bacteria bag was placed in a cold storage of 2 ℃ for 10 h and 12 h, and then moved to the mushroom room to produce mushrooms.
