Cultivation season and temperature
The general sowing time is from April 20 to May 10 every year, sowing as early as possible according to the annual temperature change. It usually ends from the end of May to the middle of June of the following year. Lentinus edodes cultivated in the ground mainly depends on low and humid bacteria at natural temperature, and the strain used should be medium and low temperature, and the temperature of mushroom production is 10 ℃ ~ 25 ℃. It is easy to manage at high temperature in summer, and the yield is also high.
The formula of the cultivation material
① formula 1: sawdust 80%, wheat bran 5%, rice bran 10%, corn flour 3%, urea 0.3%, gypsum 1.5%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.2%.
② formula 2: sawdust 40%, corncob 40%, wheat bran 9%, gypsum 1%, rice bran 8%, soybean cake powder 2%, 50% wettable carbendazim powder 0.2%.
Generally use broad-leaf, hardwood sawdust, with tussah, birch, happy and other sawdust is better. Sawdust should be dried, screened and stored in time, so that it will not be moldy and deteriorated, and will not be contaminated by oily and chemical substances.
Land selection and bed making
Choose places with natural drainage, good ventilation, no waterlogging or drought, access to water sources, loose soil and convenient transportation. Do not choose low-lying waterlogged land, Gaogang yellow clay or hourglass land that does not retain water. Can make use of outdoor courtyard or field land, if tree, grape trellis, forest is better. Border bed to the best north-south direction, bed width of 40 cm 60 cm, depth of 10 cm 15 cm, unlimited length, every 10 meters to hit a small stem, 6 cm wide, the soil in the bed is returned to the working path for backup. Before sowing, the bed surface is disinfected with 200 grams / square meter of white ash.

Production Technology of Industrial Lentinus edodes
Lentinus edodes is composed of mycelium and fruiting body. The mycelium is formed by spore germination, white fluffy, with transverse septum and branches, 2 ~ 4 nm in diameter, the mycelium grows and propagates continuously with each other, and the synthetic mycelium is cobweb-shaped. Cultivation of Xiuzhen mushroom in Lentinus edodes shed in high altitude mountain area in summer
Xiuzhen mushroom belongs to medium temperature type, the range of mushroom production is 15-28 ℃, the optimum is 18-22 ℃, and it can produce mushroom naturally in spring and autumn. Because Xiuzhen Pleurotus ostreatus has the characteristic of fruiting at variable temperature, the fruiting body can be promoted by appropriate low temperature temperature difference stimulation (more than 10 ℃) when the temperature range is higher than the temperature range of mushroom emergence. In the current production, in the summer high temperature season of more than 28 ℃, the physiological mature bacteria bag was placed in a cold storage of 2 ℃ for 10 h and 12 h, and then moved to the mushroom room to produce mushrooms.
