Deep burrowing, increase the tangential depth of wood, so that the mycelium absorb more adequate nutrients, the yield will be greatly increased.
Early inoculation: under the condition of low temperature, the spore density of miscellaneous bacteria in the air is low and the activity is low, so it is not easy to germinate into mycelium, but the mycelium of Lentinus edodes can be colonized under the condition of low temperature, and the resistance is strong, the mycelium growth is strong, and the survival rate is high.
