Ligustrum lucidum is picked after 12 months and can be used medicinally. Its bitter taste, cold nature, generally used as a tonic, but taking more will cause diarrhea. Human decoction is often used in the treatment of tuberculosis, hot flashes, low back pain, edema, etc.; pills and plasters are often used in the treatment of dizziness, palpitation and other diseases; and black sesame are often used to treat premature senility, white hair and neurasthenia.
