The golden pear was bred by a cross between the new height and the 20th century. It was introduced into China by South Korea in the 1990s and is suitable for growing in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River basin. The variety has strong growth potential, more open tree posture, green-brown one-year-old branches, large and thick leaves, oval or oblong leaves, sharp and dense serrated leaf edges, and yellowish green leaves on tender shoots. The fruit is round and slightly flat, the pericarp is yellowish green, the bagged fruit is golden, transparent, the pericarp is thin, the fruit spot is large and sparse, it is very beautiful, the average weight of a single fruit is 350 grams, the pulp is fine, tender, crisp, there are no or very few stone cells, juicy, unique flavor and fragrance. The content of soluble solids is 14%, the fruit growth period is about 150 days, and it matures in mid-September. Strong resistance to pear black spot and scab. Higher requirements for fertilizer and water conditions, should be equipped with more than 2 pollination varieties, varieties should be selected new high, abundant water, 20th century, love, emerald and so on.
1. Fertilizer and water management. The golden pear has high requirements for fertilizer and water, and the land with high topography, good soil structure and fertile land should be selected for planting. It should be re-applied base fertilizer, 5000-6000 kg per mu of rotten pig barnyard manure and 100,150kg phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizer, appropriate interplanting of green manure and legume crops, topdressing of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer, and topdressing of pre-flowering, spring shoot prosperity and fruit expansion.
