Last Updated: 2024/11/05, In recent years, we adopted indoor measures such as avoiding light and controlling temperature and humidity to cultivate softened ginger buds successfully. This method has a short production cycle, ginger seeds can be harvested 40~45 days after bed, and as long as the temperature, humidity and ventilation are controlled within the appropriate range, they can be produced all year round. The rapid and efficient cultivation techniques of softened ginger buds are introduced as follows: 1. Select white ginger seeds with high germination rate, full bud eyes, suitable size, positive color and no diseases and insect pests. In order to improve the emergence rate, it is best to sow the whole ginger separately according to each bud eye. according to the test

In recent years, we have successfully cultivated and softened ginger buds by taking measures such as avoiding light indoors and controlling temperature and humidity. The production cycle of this method is short, ginger can be harvested 40-45 days after going to bed, and it can be produced all the year round as long as the temperature, humidity and ventilation are controlled in a suitable range. The rapid and efficient cultivation techniques of softened ginger sprouts are introduced as follows:

First, select the white meat ginger with high budding rate, full bud eyes, suitable size, positive color and free from disease and insect. In order to improve the emergence rate, it is best to sow the whole piece of ginger separately according to each bud hole. According to the experiment, this sowing method can produce more than 32 buds per kilogram of ginger.

Second, sprouting will immediately touch the pieces of ginger broken by the bud eye with a layer of plant ash for disinfection, and then choose a sunny day to dry for 1 / 2 days, and turn it twice, then stack the ginger seeds (usually no more than 10 cm high) indoors, spray an appropriate amount of water, cover with fine sand, etc., to keep warm and moisturizing. The temperature in the reactor is kept at about 25 ℃. Most ginger can be sown when it sprouts but does not take root.

Third, planting the cement board according to the layer distance of 50 cm, surrounded by bricks to form a wall as a foundation bed. Use rich fine sand with good moisturizing properties as bed soil, spread 4cm thick fine sand at the bottom of the bed and flatten it, and then arrange the ginger seeds upward, generally 20 to 25kg per square meter. After arranging the ginger seeds, cover with 5cm thick fine sand.

Fourth, spray water immediately after planting ginger, and the amount of water should be wet through the sprout bed sandy soil. When most ginger buds are unearthed, spray water for the second time according to the dry and wet condition of the bed soil, and the amount of water should be wet through sandy soil. In short, the soil of the bed should be kept moist without stagnant water throughout the childbearing period, and the indoor air humidity should be kept at 80% to 90%. In addition, we should also pay attention to the fine sand around the bud bed and the sand on the top surface after spraying water. The thickness of fine sand above the ginger seed is not less than 5 cm.

5. The suitable temperature for ginger bud growth is 2330 ℃. In order to promote multiple sprouting and rapid germination, the bed temperature should be controlled at 25: 28 ℃ before ginger buds were unearthed, and after ginger buds were unearthed, the seedling height was kept at 28: 30 ℃ before 30 cm, and then at about 25 ℃. When the temperature is low, mulch such as film and straw should be added to increase the temperature; when the temperature is high, measures such as opening doors and windows and spraying water to the ground and space can be taken to reduce the temperature.

Sixth, the harvest is generally 40-45 days after the ginger seed goes to bed, and the bud is about 30 cm high when the harvest is the most suitable. Harvest method: take out the ginger pieces with a short spade, and then break off the buds on the ginger pieces.

Seventh, the broken ginger buds will be removed from the fibrous roots one by one, and then the terminal buds beyond 30 cm will be cut off. Finally, the soil on the ginger buds will be washed, and the ginger buds will be cut off with a cylindrical ring knife with a diameter of 1 cm. The semi-finished product with a diameter of 1 cm in diameter and 2.5 cm in length is made into a semi-finished product with 1 cm in diameter and 2.5 cm in length.
