Starphotovoltaic Kandelia Candel is developed by Nanjing Xingguang vegetable Research Institute in Jiangsu Province. it belongs to mid-early maturity, the fruit is long and thick, the skin is black, it is generally about 30 cm long and 8 cm thick, and the maximum weight of a single fruit can reach more than 500 grams. It has good commodity, disease resistance and adaptability, especially heat resistance, moisture resistance, aging resistance and storage and transportation. Because of its remarkable benefit during the off-season of vegetable supply in summer and autumn, it is named XingPV Kandelia Candel.

Sow seeds at the right time and put them on the market. Starphotovoltaic Kandelia Candel in the Yangtze River basin can be sown in batches from the first half of September last year to the first ten days of July of that year. Those sown in September can be on the market around the Spring Festival of the following year until early May; those sown from January to February are on the market from early June to September; open-field cultivation in summer and autumn can be sown from mid-late March to early July, and from mid-late June to early November before frost, and its supply peak is from August to October, so Xingguangfu Kandelia Candel can be planted throughout the year.
