Preliminary report on the effect of Kobao Plant probiotics on Cotton
1 materials and methods
1.1 the tested material Kebao plant probiotics was produced by Zhejiang Kebao Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and the tested variety was Xiangzamian 2.
1.2 the experimental site is Dashahu Farm, Honghu City, Hubei Province. Soil texture sandy loam, spring ploughing and spring irrigation, sprinkling 52% diammonium phosphate 300 kg/hm2 and 46% urea 75kg/hm2 before soil preparation.
1.3 the experiment was designed with 3 treatments. Treatment ①: one dose of Kobao plant probiotics was 300g qqhm2 1500 times liquid (10g per bag, 15kg to water), treatment ②: one time dosage of kalium dihydrogen phosphate was 1500g gamma hm2, treatment ③: CK (water control). Random arrangement, 3 repeats, cell area 70m2.
1.4 during the experiment, the seeds were sown on April 6, 4 films and 8 rows, sowed in the plastic film, ploughed in the seedling stage for 3 times, and fertilized with 2100kg/hm2 standard fertilizer during the whole growth period. The date of application: one foliar spray was carried out on May 19 and June 23 respectively (the leaves were sprayed evenly on both sides). Plant height, stem diameter, disease resistance and yield were investigated during the experiment. Finally, statistical analysis is carried out.
2 results and analysis
2.1 effects of Kebao on economic characters and disease resistance of cotton it can be seen from Table 1 that spraying Kebao has different effects on plant height, stem diameter and fruit branch number of cotton. The plant height of treatment ① was higher than that of CK, 2.6cm higher than that of treatment ②, the diameter of stem was 0.05mm thicker than that of CK, 0.11mm thicker than that of treatment ②, and the number of fruit branches was 2.3mm more than that of CK and 1.6cm more than that of treatment ②. Kebao had obvious effect on reducing cotton Verticillium wilt, and the incidence of ① was 2.94% lower than that of CK.
2.2.2.The effect of Kebao on cotton yield can also be seen from Table 1. The number of bolls per plant of treatment ① was 2.74 more than that of CK, the weight of single boll was 0.33g higher, 2.25 more than that of treatment ②, the weight of single boll was 0.07g higher; the per unit yield was 20.6% higher than that of CK and 12.9% higher than that of treatment ②. The results of variance analysis showed that there were significant differences in cotton yield among different treatments, and between treatment ① and treatment ② and CK. Therefore, the yield-increasing effect of Kobao on cotton is remarkable.
2.3.The effect of Kebao on the economic benefit of cotton it can be seen from Table 1 that the treatment of ① increases the yield of seed cotton 1033kg/hm2 compared with CK, and the output value per hectare is increased by 5167 yuan per hectare, which is considerable in terms of seed cotton 5 yuan / kg.
3 summary
After spraying plant probiotics on cotton, on the one hand, it significantly enhanced the resistance of cotton plants to Verticillium wilt, which was related to the fact that Kobao could give full play to the inherent potential of plants, strengthen the defense mechanism, and make cotton plants acquire disease resistance; on the other hand, cotton could increase production significantly, input and output Prida 1 ∶ 23, and the benefit was considerable. Therefore, Kobao plant probiotics is worth popularizing in cotton producing areas.
