Scratching method When hyphae grow on the surface, gently sweep back and forth on the surface with a clean bamboo broom to remove or destroy the excess hyphae and old hyphae on the surface. After exposing new hyphae, spray water, cover film moisture preservation, about 7 days can appear bud mushroom, generally can increase production by about 10%. 2. Shocking method When the culture medium is full of hyphae, squeeze and beat the vibrating material surface with elastic wood strips. Operation force should be uniform, leaving no deep marks, do not destroy the material surface. This can promote hyphae to accelerate growth and rapid differentiation of fruit bodies. This method is suitable for mushroom, oyster mushroom and chicken.

1. Scratching method when the mycelium grows all over the material surface, gently sweep the material surface with a clean bamboo broom to remove or destroy the overgrown hyphae and old hyphae on the surface. After exposing the new mycelium, spraying water and covering the film to keep moisture and heat preservation, the mushroom can be budded in about 7 days, and the yield can be increased by about 10%.

two。 Shock bacteria method when the culture material is full of mycelium, squeeze and beat the vibrating material surface with elastic wood slats. When operating, the force should be uniform, do not leave deep marks, do not destroy the material surface. This can promote the accelerated growth of hyphae and the rapid differentiation of fruiting bodies. This method is suitable for Lentinus edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus ostreatus and Auricularia auricula, and can generally improve the biological efficiency by about 15%.

3. In the contact method, the culture surface is covered with old newspapers, sacks and fine soil, which can promote the rapid growth of mycelium by pressure stimulation, or insert the material with a sterilized stick about 2 cm deep and 15 cm in density. About 15 cm × 15 cm, so that when the mycelium grows and spreads, it touches the stick, wraps around it, forms a uniform concentration of mycelium, develops into mushroom buds and fruiting bodies, and generally increases production by about 20%.

4. The hole filling method can improve the air permeability of the mushroom bed, improve the water retention of the material surface, and make the mushroom on the material surface of the border bed uniform, big and thick. The method is as follows: when sowing, a conical stick with a diameter of 1.5 cm and a length of 30 cm is used to make a hole in the shape of a plum blossom according to the specification of 30 cm in plant and row spacing, and the hole is deep to the bottom of the material. Two days later, fill the hole with yellow sand (the sand is to be soaked and sterilized with 1% potassium permanganate solution), fill it to about 1 cm out of the material surface, and inject 0.5% lime water into the hole. By using this method, the mushroom can be produced 4 days in advance, the mushroom can be evenly distributed and hypertrophic, and the biological efficiency can be increased by 28%.

5. In the method of covering vegetation ash, the temperature of sowing in early spring is low, the development and growth of hyphae is slow, and it is easy to be infected with miscellaneous bacteria. If a layer of plant ash is sprinkled on the surface, because the plant ash has a strong light and heat absorption effect, it can increase the temperature of the border bed and promote the rapid development of hyphae. Plant ash can also provide certain nutrients for hyphae, inhibit the growth of miscellaneous bacteria, and increase production by more than 10%.

6. In the magnetized water treatment method, when the mycelium grew to the formation of the first tide mushroom, sprayed with 4000 Gauss magnetized water, the mushroom could be produced 15 days ahead of schedule, the production period could be shortened by about 10 days, and the yield could be increased by more than 15%.

7. In the stage of Pleurotus ostreatus fruiting body formation, the temperature difference stimulation of 7 ℃-12 ℃ per day can promote the early emergence of mushroom and the regular development of fruiting body. The methods are as follows: covering the film to keep warm in the daytime, opening the film in the sunny evening or in the morning, ventilating and cooling, and combined with high humidity watering to induce mushroom emergence.

8. When the culture material is prepared by drug stimulation method, the yield can be increased by adding phosphate, sulfate and vitamin b1 properly; spraying triacontanol of 0.5-1mg/kg in the bud stage can increase the yield by about 15%; spraying the ethephon solution of 500mg/kg in the bud stage, young mushroom stage and cover extension stage of Pleurotus ostreatus for 3 times, each time per square meter, can promote budding and prematurity, and increase the yield by about 20%.
