Third, strict disinfection and sterilization of the cultivation environment (1) on the basis of cleaning up the production environment, all diseases are used to disinfect and sterilize the fungus room and mushroom place without trace; (2) fungicides such as mushroom disease elimination are added to the base material, so that the success rate of bacteria can reach 98%.
Fourth, strengthen the post-ripening culture of mycelium to reserve more biological energy, and have the material conditions for the outbreak of mushrooms within a certain range, under the same conditions of varieties and culture materials, the post-ripening period is prolonged by 7 days, and the biological efficiency of the first tide mushroom is increased by about 30%. Generally, under the premise of adjusting the nutrition of the culture material, the post-ripening time of mycelium should be prolonged as long as possible, and it is generally appropriate to take about 15 days.
5. Strengthen the effect of "foliar fertilization" in the stage of mushroom emergence. Take Pleurotus ostreatus as an example. Generally, when the diameter of the cap reaches 2 cm, the three-dimensional nutrient essence of edible mushroom is mixed into 25 ℃ ~ 32 ℃ warm water and sprayed directly on the fruiting body.
