It is an ideal health food for elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases and obesity. It can be used as medicine to treat asthenia (muscular atrophy) and dysentery.
Cultivation requirements: Tricholoma ulmoides has strong growth force, fast fruiting, short growth period and high yield. It can be cultivated in wood or bag material. Its mycelium vitality is strong. It can grow and develop on sawdust medium of broad-leaved trees such as elm, poplar, birch, linden tree, Fraxinus mandshurica and Sophora japonica. It can also grow and develop on sawdust medium of Korean pine, sand pine, fish scale pine, fir and cypress, but its yield is very low. It can also grow and develop on cottonseed hull, waste cotton, corncob, peanut hull, bean hull, wheat straw, rice straw, tea residue and waste culture material planted with straw mushroom and mushroom. Among them, cotton seed hull, cotton waste and corn cob cultivation of Tricholoma ulmosum yield is higher. The temperature range of mycelium growth and development is 7~32℃, the optimum temperature is 23~27℃, mycelium dies after 2 hours above 45℃, but it can endure-38 ℃. The fruiting body formation temperature was 10~28℃, and the optimum growth temperature was 15~25℃. It can grow at pH5~7, and pH5~6.5 is the best.
Edible method: can fry, can explode, can burn, can be grilled, can stew soup, its taste delicious, taste smooth tender. It can be fried with meat, pickles, bamboo shoots, ham meat and belly slices, or put into meat soup.

A New Rapid drying method for Edible Fungi
A new rapid drying method for edible fungi is introduced below, which can not only greatly shorten the drying time, but also ensure the product quality. With this method, fresh edible fungi can be made into dry products in only 15 minutes, and the nutrition and flavor of edible fungi do not lose and change. It is worth using in edible fungus processing industry. The new rapid drying method is carried out by using a high pressure room temperature drying system. Put the fresh edible fungus into the airtight dryer, immediately feed into the high-pressure dry air flow, and make the air circulate in the dryer. Due to the flow of gas, in fresh edible fungi
