The cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus was carried out relatively late in our country, and it has been cultivated in most parts of the country through experiment, demonstration and popularization in recent years, but the cultivated quantity is relatively small, and the market quantity of its products is also very small. Pleurotus ostreatus is rich in raw materials, which can be cultivated by adding water and humidity with crop straw, and it can produce mushrooms in the temperature range of 4 ℃-30 ℃, and the yield is also high.
The fresh mushroom with big ball cover has bright color, tender and crisp meat and good palatability. The protein content of dried mushroom is 29.1%, and the content of amino acid is 8.5%. In addition, it also has anti-tumor activity. It is a kind of edible fungus with good development prospect.
Pleurotus ostreatus is saprophytic bacteria, artificial cultivation mainly uses rice straw, wheat straw, corncob and sawdust.
Pleurotus ostreatus is an aerobic fungus, which requires less oxygen in the mycelial growth stage, while more oxygen is needed for the formation and growth of fruiting body primordia.
