Hongju peach in early summer is a new variety of all-red, hard meat, big fruit and high quality peach successfully cultivated by Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province. The fruit is oblate, the top of the fruit is flat, the suture line of the fruit is deep and obvious, the two halves are symmetrical, the average weight of a single fruit is 245 grams, the maximum is 650 grams, the fruit is beautiful, bright red, smooth, less hairy, the pulp is reddish in white, blood filaments are distributed outward near the core, hard solute, fine and crisp quality, sweet flavor, soluble solids content 17.5%, sticky core, hanging on the tree for 20 days after ripening. In southern Shandong, it blossomed in early April and matured in late June. After hanging trees until late July, the fruit remained soft and the fruit development period was 87 days.
1. Tree shape and density: the tree shape of open field cultivation can adopt three main branches happy shape or free spindle shape, the suitable density is 4 meters × 3 meters, and the tree shape of greenhouse cultivation can adopt trunk free shape or inverted "human" shape, the suitable density is 2 meters × 1 meters.

4. Summer pruning: cut off fruitless branches, erect strong branches, leafless fruit branches and thin and weak branches in time after fruit setting, remove long and strong branches outside the crown during the growing period of young fruit, and remove dense branches and old and weak branches in time in order to improve the light conditions of the tree after fruit picking.
5. Prevention and control of diseases and insect pests: focus on the control of peach aphid and bacterial perforation. Spray 3-5 Baumedu stone sulfur mixture before sprouting to control overwintering diseases and pests, spray 1500-fold solution of 10% aphids before flowering and 1500-fold solution after Xiehua to control aphids. Bacterial perforation can be sprayed at the initial stage of the disease by spraying 70% methyl topiramate or 80% Dasheng-45.
