Last Updated: 2024/11/10, Leek, also known as garlic, onion garlic, flat leaf onion, garlic seedlings, cold-resistant, heat-resistant, sand, clay can be cultivated, but rich in organic matter, fertile clay loam is the most suitable. First, sowing seedlings in spring from March to April, autumn sowing in July, about 2.5 kg per mu of land, 16 mu of field can be planted. Watering the seedbed after leveling, sowing the seeds after the water seeps, covering 1 cm of soil. The height of the seedling is 5cm and the time is 6cm. The seedling is 1mi twice. The seedling can be planted in the field when the seedling age is 50ml for 60 days.

Leek, also known as garlic, onion garlic, flat leaf onion, garlic seedlings, cold-resistant, heat-resistant, sand, clay can be cultivated, but rich in organic matter, fertile clay loam is the most suitable.

Watering the seedbed after leveling, sowing the seeds after the water seeps, covering 1 cm of soil. The height of the seedling is 5cm and the time is 6cm. The seedling is 1mi twice. The seedling can be planted in the field when the seedling age is 50ml for 60 days.

Second, planting and field management. Spring sowing is planted in June and autumn sowing in October. Before planting, apply sufficient base fertilizer, fine rake flat, make a flat bed, and the planting depth should be buried in the white root of the seedling. Determine the row spacing of plants; if you harvest tender seedlings, it should be 5 cm × 20 cm; if you harvest false stems and buds, you should be slightly sparse, 10 mi 15 cm × 60 mi 70 cm. Watering slow seedling water in time after planting, strengthening intermediate ploughing, weeding and loosening soil, and allowing it to root. During the peak growth period, water should be watered in time to keep the soil moist. Leek requires more nitrogen fertilizer, and ammonium sulfate or urea can be applied in combination with watering. Cultivate in autumn, pour enough frozen water before winter, and pay attention to cover grass dung after winter. In order to make the onion white and tender and improve the quality, the soil can be cultivated step by step when the diameter of the pseudostem reaches 2mi 3cm, each time at an interval of more than 10 days, and the depth of soil cultivation is not more than that of the leaf sheath. It can be harvested about 30 days after the last cultivation.

Third, harvest and seed spring sowing can be harvested in October, can be harvested and listed at any time according to the needs of the market, or winter storage can be listed for 2 months. Autumn sowers will be harvested and listed in March-April of the following year, and flower bolts can also be harvested in May. The average yield of onion seedlings is 4000-5000 kg per mu. Seed gatherers generally sow in autumn and seedlings survive the winter. Pour frozen water in winter to cover overwintering and bolting from March to April. Watering less after bolting, properly increasing the amount of water during the formation of the flower ball, combining watering and topdressing once after flowering, in order to keep the soil moist and harvest seeds in July.
