Two improved breeds of meat duck are recommended.
1. Digao Duck is a large-scale meat duck bred by Australia's Digao Company. The duck was introduced into China in the 1980s. The parents of this duck are raised on overseas Chinese Farm in Guangdong Province. In 1987, the parent generation of Digol duck was introduced into the duck breeding farm in Nanhai County, Guangdong Province, and the commercial generation duck was well received.
The appearance of Digao duck is similar to that of Beijing duck. The feathers of the ducklings are red and yellow, and after changing their young feathers, the feathers are white. The head is slightly longer, the neck is thick, the back is long and wide, the chest is wide, the body is slightly longer, the chest muscle is plump, the tail is slightly raised, and the sexual finger feathers are 2-4; beak yellow, tibia, webbed orange-red.
The duck has a sexual maturity of 182 days, and the laying rate reaches more than 90% at the age of 33 weeks. The annual egg production is 2000.230, with an average egg weight of 88g and a white eggshell. The male-female mating ratio is 1 ∶ 5: 6, the fertilization rate is more than 90%, and the hatching rate of fertilized eggs is about 85%. Parents can provide about 160 young ducklings for each mother duck. Newborn ducklings weigh about 55 grams, 30-day-old ducklings weigh 1114 grams and 60-day-old ducklings weigh 2713 grams. The 7-week-old commercial meat substitute duck weighs 3 kilograms, with a meat ratio of 1 ∶ 2.9 to 3, the semi-eviscerated slaughtering rate of 92.86% and 94.04%, and the fully eviscerated slaughter rate of 79.76% and 82.34%, respectively. The chest muscle weighs 273 grams and the leg muscle weighs 352 grams.
Digao duck has strong adaptability and can maintain high production performance even under the condition of great changes in natural environment and feeding conditions. The duck is cold-resistant and heat-resistant, likes to live in dry land, and can mate naturally on land. It is a good duck species raised in captivity and net in the vast rural dryland.
two。 Hibiscus duck is the first lean meat duck bred in China.
The duck has strong fecundity, fast growth in early stage, low feed consumption and high lean meat rate. At the age of 26-65 weeks, the female duck laid 209 eggs, the average weight of commercial meat duck reached 33.2 kg at 49 days old, and the feed conversion rate was 2.83-2.87. The chest muscle percentage of carcass is 16.5%-16.9%. The subcutaneous fat rate of carcass is less than 30%, reaching the international advanced level. It is the first in China, which has created a good example for cultivating the supporting series of lean meat ducks in China.
Fourteen provinces and cities in China have successively promoted 150000 breeder ducks and 19.18 million commercial meat ducks, with an average listing rate of more than 90 per cent, with a profit of 35 yuan per breeder duck and 3.50 yuan per meat duck. Hibiscus duck meat plate is thick, tender, no fishy smell, is the best among poultry. This variety won the second prize of national scientific and technological progress in 1990.

Pigs like archery. What's the reason?
1, the pig is not fed; 2, the pig may be sick; 3, the pig lacks some trace elements. You can pick some soil to arch it or put it outside free arch soil, or you can put some carbon ballast to let it arch. It is better to be fed with fine feed.
