Skillful use of secondary bagging to avoid infection of edible fungi
In the production practice of Lentinus edodes, hericium Erinaceus, Auricularia auricula, etc., the secondary bagging technology (that is, adding a film bag when the mushroom tube comes out of the stove, so that the mushroom tube does not directly contact the ambient air) is used for production, which effectively solves the problem of cross-infection in the production process of the mushroom tube, and keeps the survival rate of the strain above 97%. The technology is introduced as follows:
1. For the preparation of the outer bag, you should choose a low-pressure polyethylene film bag with a perimeter greater than the perimeter of the inner bag, a length of 5cm longer than the inner bag and a thickness of O.2 silk.
2. When the bagging drum is sterilized at high temperature, cover it with an outer bag while taking it out, tighten the mouth of the bag and move it into the culture room to reduce the temperature of the drum to less than 25 ℃. Note: the canister should be loaded into the outer bag quickly after coming out of the stove to avoid contacting with the external environment for too long and infecting miscellaneous bacteria.
3. During the inoculation operation, unlock the outer bag in the inoculation room or inoculation box and push it to the closed side. After opening 4.10, inoculation is carried out. Immediately after the inoculation, the outer bag is tightened.
4. Remove the outer bag at the right time, pay attention to the temperature of the culture room during the culture process, remove the outer bag when the mycelium reaches about'80%, and manage it according to the conventional production method.

Smart picking of edible fungi
Edible fungi are vegetables rich in nutrients and popular with urban and rural people. They are also an important way for farmers to increase their income. Therefore, in the process of picking, we should master the following techniques: First, master the best harvest period. All kinds of mushroom ears basically have beautiful appearance, fresh complexion and delicious taste when they mature in July and August. Take shiitake mushroom as an example, the mature sign in July and August; the bacterial membrane has been broken, the cap has not been fully developed, there are still a few inward rolls, forming a "gong edge", the pleats have all elongated, from white to white

Control method of edible fungi Penicillium
Penicillium is also called Chloromycetes. Common Penicillium species in edible fungi production include Penicillium frequentans, Penicillium lilacinum, Penicillium viridicum, Penicillium chrysogenum and Penicillium verruculosum. Penicillium can infect and harm many kinds of edible fungi such as Pleurotus ostreatus, Mushroom and Lentinus edodes during seed production and cultivation. (1) Hazard
