Protozoal diseases of shell fish
Pathogen: saltwater small melon worm, the body is spherical or oval, similar to many small melon insects, the size of 0.066-0.45 × 0.034-0.36mm, the whole body is covered with cilia, there are generally four beads nucleus accumbens.
Prevalence: adult watermelon insects are mainly parasitic on the gills, skin and fins of marine fishes, and are popular in coastal areas from mid-May to August every year. Saltwater melons are suitable for reproduction at a temperature of 20-25 ℃, and their cysts and larvae spread.
Symptoms: first of all, there are a large number of small white spots on the body surface, and in serious cases, the fish body is covered with a layer of white film, which will cause intermittent bacterial infection due to the destruction of the worm body, resulting in inflammation and necrosis of the fish body epidermis, easy shedding of scales, decay and splitting of the fins, parasitic Gill, destruction of the Gill, infection with bacteria, it will cause rotten Gill phenomenon. When the worm invades the cornea of the fish, it will cause inflammation, blindness, loss of appetite, thin body and swimming disorder. The worm body can be observed and judged by microscope.
Control methods: 1, the density should not be too dense; 2, soak the diseased fish with 0.4-1ppm malachite green for 5-10 minutes and take another bath every other day; 3. 60ppln formalin for 15-20 minutes, sprinkle the water grass tank for 20-30ppm whole pool, 4. Make 50ppm with fresh water and soak for 5 minutes.

Myxobacterial rotten carp disease
First, the symptoms: the gills of the diseased fish rot, with some sludge. Sometimes the tip tissue of the Gill decays, resulting in incomplete edge of the Gill, and sometimes one or more parts of the Gill rot, not at the edge. The lining of the operculum is congested, sometimes broken and corroded into a slightly round transparent area, commonly known as "open skylight". Due to the destruction of Gill tissue, the diseased fish have difficulty in breathing and often swim near the water surface in the shape of a floating head. Seriously ill fish still have the phenomenon of floating head after changing clean water. 2. Pathogen: columnar fibromyxobacteria (Cytophagacolu)
