After each rapid response service, take the initiative to call back and keep the consultation hotline open 24 hours a day.
Third, short message platform service. The disease detection and forecasting network platform is used to send the information of healthy breeding technology and disease control technology in real time. According to the epidemic law of diseases, early warning information is issued for possible diseases, especially reminding farmers of the key points that should be controlled. Recently, 53420 text messages have been sent to sea bass farmers.
Fourth, technical communication services. Technical newsletters such as "Prevention of parasitic Diseases in Cage Fish in the near Future" have been compiled and sent to fishery technology promotion departments, key townships, and forecast sites in various counties (cities), and transmitted to grass-roots fishermen through text messages, networks, and other platforms.
